My daughter ordered pizzas and Parmesan Bites for her wedding. It was a large order. Dominoes called to confirm the order and they were on time for delivery. We had 50 pizzas and multiple orders of Parmesan Bites. Guests were beyond stuffed with awesome food. Thank you Dominoes.

If you want Domino’s order from any location, but this one. They have messed up my order every single time. I asked for my pizza to be square cut and they started pie cutting it and then went back to square cutting it so now my pizza is falling apart. I wanted it well done. I have it in the oven to finish cooking it because it’s half cooked. Every single time I order from here I have a terrible experience. Any other Dominos that I’ve ordered from I have never dealt with this, just the one in Lake Geneva. Never again!!! I called to talk to the manager and I declined a credit or to have them remake it. Been there, done that and it was the same BS bad pizza. This is the first bad Google review I’ve posted in years. I don’t like doing this, but enough is enough!!!

I have to say this. Well if you love uncooked pizza this is the place! Not once but three times our pizza was pretty much just dough. The last time we broke down and called. Worthless. They said they'd send another one. Never happened. Called back, they apologized. Cool. Talked to someone who said they were the owner, whatever. No new pizza no refund. Trash place. Go anywhere but here. Next Door Pub is actually fantastic.

Hello, I’m writing to share my experience during our visit on Valentine's Day with my family. It was a snowy day, as many know, but we decided to go inside and order pizza. We were told there would be a 40-minute wait, which was fine, so we paid and left to wait outside. After waiting for a while, we returned to the store, only to be informed by the manager that it would be another 40 minutes because they had an order of 70 pizzas to prepare. I feel this should have been communicated to us before we paid and waited, especially on a snowy day. The manager was rude and inconsiderate, especially since we had children with us and had already waited 40 minutes. His attitude was careless, and I believe he needs additional training or perhaps reassignment. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope improvements are made for future customers.

For some reason I always ask for extra sauce in my pizza and then I get zero sauce instead. They give me points instead of a refund….

I have never had a problem with this store until tonight. I ordered online for in-store pick up. I went inside and there was a single employee. She looked at me multiple times and not once acknowledged me. She even went to the back and sat down (you can see through the window on the back wall). I wasn't able to pick up my order until a delivery driver showed up and saw me standing at the counter. Thank you to the delivery driver, but to the other employee, do better. It would've been less than a 10 second interaction to just hand me my order.
