The cheese pizza is burned every single time recently. They say it's because of a new oven but if you call and ask, they will cook in the oven that doesn't burn. The girl who answered the phone this time had attitude about it and said they would mark it to be lightly done, they literally gave us a half cooked pizza! The dough was pretty much raw and the cheese was barely melted. Very disappointing! It's bad service to hand customers a pizza that they absolutely can see is burned or to be spiteful and purposely give a raw pizza. Either get the oven fixed or replace it.

Call at midnight to make a order on the phone and no one pick thought they open until 1 am got there at 1230 because it was on the way home but guy said not taking orders right and explain to him about the phone call he said yeah no answer the phone it automatically end the call. Missing a lot profits to hire someone work late Friday night to not answer the phone or take orders.

POS drivers. Had an incident where a driver came by and my buddy answeres the door and one of our young puppies came out, jumped up onto the driver for 1 second. We apologized and the driver said they were fine and everything went ok. Couple hours later we get a police report for it. Very scummy people.
Cancelled my order at 12:47 when they are open til 1am. Either you’re open or you’re not. Dominos still a trashy company

Waited entirely to long (close to 2 hours for freaking Dominos) to have the wrong order delivered after they had already closed. Our order was twice the amount that was delivered, and we were offered a 20% discount. Do not order from here.

I have just had the worst experience here. The manager was rude. She also was sitting in her office while the workers were running around trying to do everything. They weren't answering the phone. There were a lot of issues I'll being talking to Corporate about as soon as possible since she informed me all of Domino's is on vacation.
