This is literally the worst Dunkin to ever go to. Do you want a negative attitude when you order your coffee, or just a totally wrong coffee when you order it anyways and then you have them remake it and then make it even worse? hands down the worst place to get a coffee from was decent think it changed owners and went to total crap.

I ordered a medium coffee and it came less than half full. They told me its pre measured and thats the way it was. I got like 3 drinks out of it and it was done. Never will waste money there again and by the look of all of the other bad reviews on here the management dont care to fix any problems so starbucks it is.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell me they were out of everything I had tried to order, bacon egg and cheese bagel, avocado toast and strawberry dragonfruit refresher. I ended up ordering just a donut because of all the time I had just wasted sitting there. The young blonde girl was very nice and had apologized for me waiting so long. She seemed to be the only one working in the store. This place needs more staff and better management. If you are out of certain things you shouldn’t be open then with only one person working. Would rather go to Richmond

I really wanted to like this Dunkin because it’s close and convenient, but they consistently miss the mark. They struggle with even the simplest orders, and it’s become a pattern every time I stop by. On the few occasions I’ve gone inside, the staff looked completely overwhelmed and frazzled. It feels like they’re trying, but they clearly need better training and support. I hope management steps in soon, because this location has potential, it just needs some serious improvement.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. This is the one place on earth that I HATE the most! The workers suck, terrible customer service. The people are so slow, I’ve gone here a handful of times and am always in line no joke for like 20 minutes. Today was my last straw…I’m in line for you guessed it 20 minutes and they made my drink wrong and gave me the wrong doughnut. Are these people even being trained? How is this Dunkin’ even open? Please do us all the favor and close down. I HATE you Dunkin’!
It seems that when you place an order here, most employees don't listen well. I only ever order the Sausage Wake-Up Wraps, or really anything with sausage, because I'm not a fan of bacon. When you try to customize an order (like adding a sauce, or for example, asking for sausage instead of bacon), they consistently get it wrong. The coffee is normally okay, which is why I still show up. However, when it comes to food, they are terrible at both order accuracy and quality control.

I love Dunkin coffee so was very excited about Dunkin’s arrival in Lake Geneva! Coffee was just perfect for a year BUT now they are watering down the coffee so much that past 3 times i didn’t even drink it :(( what a waste of my money. Please hire and train the personnel to make it right or stop deliberately watering down the coffee so you make a profit! Very disappointed customer

This is my second time here, came here at 4:30pm on October 28, 2025 About 5 kids working, all of them managed to mess up a simple order. My iced coffee, a sausage WW and a sour donut. They took 8 mins to make an iced coffee, stared at me all of them wondering what I’m waiting for, forgot about the rest of the order. Gave me my donut, stared at me forgot that they were supposed to give me my wake up wrap when I get the wake up wrap there is literally just egg in a tortilla. The wrap tasted like soap I’m guessing soap was spilled somewhere and they touched my food while cleaning or using it? Most of this crew was just really upsetting they didn’t smile besides one girl who gave me my incorrect wrap. I am a diehard Dunkin fan but this is worst shift and experience I had.

I have been giving this location tons of chances and only thing consistent is never anything right and INSANE wait times usually 30-45 mins or more no matter what I order and order is always wrong I even watched the horrible management of multiple people barking directions that contradicted the other...........apparently this location needs a complete overhaul on staff from top to bottom ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN LOCATION EVER

I placed my order online, and when I arrived to pick it up inside it wasn't ready, I waited for more than 30 minutes for my $6 meal deal. Unacceptable. Don't know if coming back to this location.
