We walked in 3/29/25 Around 5pm, and the place was crowded, we waited by the door for a couple of minutes and no one came to greet or say we will be with you shortly or something. We walked out after numerous racist looks by other patrons.

Michelle,Ashley, and Matt the cook were great people that are a part of the staff here made it a warm and welcoming experience. They have live music on some days, which was great. The food was amazing. My burger was juicy and flavorful. I also had the cheese curds that lived up to the dairy land name. My friend had the clucker chicken sandwich. We went here twice and she ordered it both times that’s how good it was. I can’t wait to go back!

Little too tight for the crowd it attracts. It's probably the tiniest chicken wing I have ever seen or eaten. Food was just ok. Overall, it's ok place.

This place is neat with good service if not busy. They rely very much on their sauces to make the dish. The buttermilk chicken sandwich has such potential but fell far short on flavor. The burger is much the same. However, piles of seasoning on the fries and chips. Lots of potential just got to taste your own food.

Iam a very disappointed in my server Mark, I told him I wanted chips with my burger, he upcharged me and gave me fries, my husband ordered the drink special on the menu that said $5, Mark said it was $12 & charged us the $12. If you look at the menu it clearly says $5 drink special. Mark only removed the $1 upcharge on my fries. So my advice is to pay close attention to your receipt 🧾
Very disappointed with my experience here. Came for a quick dinner, ended up waiting over an hour to get even our appetizer. Waited another entire hour for our entires. Cheese curds were great, to be fair. The server was extremely friendly and kind, however this did not make up for the ridiculous wait. Would not recommend coming here unless you enjoy hour long waits and mediocre food.

I recently visited the Flat Iron Tap at 150 Center St #2007, in Lake Geneva, WI. A real nice bar with a great look inside. My server suggested the sweet and spicy clacker sandwich. It came out timely and was very tasty. A good choice. A good variety of beer as well. It's a place I would definitely go back to. The only issue is the parking and everywhere in the city is metered. Nothing to do with Flat Iron. Just venting.
Parking: Watch for those meters. Cost me $30

Decided to give this place a try after seeing the reviews. We were seated pretty quickly and what later turned out just in time as this place got super busy and turned to more than an hour wait. The ambiance was great, with Halloween decor, music and TV screens, and a lively bar. The burgers somewhat disappoint. They were somewhat dry and bland. Sides, fries and chips, were very good though. Beer as well.
