Been here a handful of times now and food is always excellent. Highly recommend the supreme deep dish. Worth the price for fresh and quality ingredients
Great pizza and I bit pricier than other places in the area. But the pizza is worth it. The atmosphere is eh just eh.
They had no bread for sandwiches. They could also invest in some no-pest strips.
Stayed at the harbor Shores Hotel in Lake Geneva, with the Ginos attached. Sat by the pool for a while, got hungry and went to order takeout. Was told of the kitchen was slammed, and take out orders on pause. Sat the bar, had an iced tea, and the bartender Emily Made sure that we eventually got some service. When we made our order, we got the sweet-and-sour chicken wings and a medium pepperoni pizza thin crust. The food was delicious! Atmosphere was pleasant, eating at the bar was just what we needed. We’ve eaten here before, last summer and the food was very good. Gino did not disappoint this time around!
Absolutely amazing!! Beautiful are and amazing view of the lake! Lilly was very attentive and enjoyed talking with Michael the manager!
Thank you guys!
Poorly run establishment
Delicious sandwich. Italian beef and chicken pesto. Brittany was our server. No pizza today. Great choice with ordering the ssndwiches.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. Hadn’t had a Gino’s East in years and enjoyed it thoroughly. Neve was our server, and she was really great - super attentive, efficient and sweet.

We had a rehearsal dinner there on Thursday night. Rebecca was very accommodating in her email and phone communication with us before the actual date. We were even allowed to have the rehearsal dinner in the bar area, rather than having to rent a private room! Food was good, ready when we got there at 5:15. Would've liked a check-in from Rebecca during the event, she may have been busy with other things, though. All in all, a good experience, and guests were happy!

Meh. I asked for a hard cider, waitress said she didn't know what it was and they didn't have any. Then I saw it on the menu. Food was slow and just ok. Not a fan at all of the cornmeal crust.

We had a good time here then why 4 stars? Well maybe every customer is different and these are the reasons:
1. The pizzas were delicious but too much cheese without even asking for extra cheese
2. Ladies didn't like their drinks, they tasted just like mango juice, but the waitress didn't bother to replace or discount them off the bill.
So the experience was good not great.

This is my second time getting a deep dish pizza to go and it is absolutely delicious. This is the best pizza I've had in a very long time.

We have been to Lake Geneva a bunch and never eaten here, I now know why.
This is a run down "grimy" pizza place. We picked it for the view but the windows were SO dirty it wasn't worth tbr view at all.
Our server, although super nice, was awful. She came back to clarify our order after she took it 15 earlier.
She forgot we needed silverware.
We spent two hours there and didn't have a deep dish. I had the harvest salad which says spinach but under the spinach was brownish romaine and iceberg lettuce.
I definitely won't be back or recommend to anyone.
Also their parking lot is hard to find, poorly labeled and littered with trash.
Coming and going we saw who I think was a cook outside smoking both times.

Our server Neve did an amazing job! Super friendly and caring. Very difficult to find great service nowadays but she was great and courteous. Watched over our table the entire time.
