Guac Star came highly recommended by a friend, so we had to investigate. The restaurant was chill and the service was too. Nick was super helpful and kept us fairly entertained. I ordered 3 tacos with 3 different proteins (chicken, steak, and al pastor). I could destroy a daily stock of the al pastor tacos, and I would highly recommend the steak on a king burrito. The steak has a Nicaraguan flavor... delish! Guac Star is well worth the trip and cost!

I called an order for pick up around 930 and my godmother went to pick up the food. The restaurant didn't have a sign or anything so it was very hard for her to find it. When getting the food, 3 out of 4 orders were good but the burrito bowl came with very little in it for $13. So we called and we went back to get a new bowl and they had the lights off and where closed early. After knocking on the door and getting their attention they fixed the problem. And the bowl they gave us originally was missing rice and beans.

My girls were strolling around town during Winterfest and they stumbled upon Guac Stars little hot chocolate stand outside of the storefront. While they were admiring the chocolate and topping selection the kindest man came out asking them if they'd like to buy some hot chocolate for $3 a cup. They had no money on them and he kindly gave them each a hot chocolate. When they found me, we returned to pay him for his generosity and he would not except payment and hand my son a cup as well! Such kindness on a chilly Lake Geneva day! We had to stop in and try and it was excellent!
Surprisingly good tacos and quesadillas. I really like that jalapeños is an available topping on the tacos. I recommend this restaurant for a quick meal.
