So disappointed in this place.. gave it more than one try and still failed to be even a little edible. This past visit the tenders and fries were so old and stale they were hard as a rock. Couldn't eat them. Visit previous to this one they put a chicken leg instead of 2 of the tenders. So literally was a tender and a chicken leg. Which also wasn't able to be eaten. I don't know if it's poor service because we are ordering through door dash so they think it's acceptable to give us basically just trash and not care about us as customers or what. But won't be ordering from there again. I miss when they used to be good with better quality 😢😢

Nearly every time I come to this store they forget any of the extras that I order. If I get a meal and add on a small Mac n cheese I never get it. Today I order 3 meals and two extra small Mac n cheeses. Get home, not there. I’m tired of paying for stuff I don’t get. I guess I just have to sit there and check. I own a restaurant and if my place makes this many mistakes we wouldn’t be open. Train your staff and maybe get a manager in there for some quality control.

How is it you are doing dinner service while not busy and get something that is not even warm. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and only live 100 feet from the store and they were cold. Not even luke warm. How long did you leave them there before someone ordered those chicken patties? You should be ashamed of yourselves for even letting something like this to pass on to your guests. Completely unedable. Shame on you for making someone pay for something that is old product. It wasn't even warm, but yet you allow this to happen

Went to the drive-thru it wasn't busy Thursday at 5:45 had a simple order of three chicken breasts one large mashed potato and one small coleslaw, got home had a small mashed potato and the chicken had been reheated you couldn't even hardly eat the crust it was like leather. Never go there again

This location should not be attached to the KFC brand. Service is terrible, to say nothing of the chicken. We were told at 5;00 on a Sunday that there was no extra crispy available for 25 minutes. No problem we went with the original 3 piece big meal. One of the meals was not complete. It did not have the Cole slaw. The chicken was over cooked and dry. The coating was not original, not extra crispy , I'm not sure what it was besides overcooked. Had a bit of a spice to it but wasn't good at all. Learned my lesson. Will not be going back to this location. Bad attitude, bad service, bad food. Unfortunate for a resort town that serves out of town patrons. I did call and leave a message for the manager but have yet to get a response.

17$ for 6 tenders here, they wont last with those prices. I feel so ripped off. Never again will I come here. Service was good though and its fast, probably because no one comes here its too expensive. Ill go to piggly wiggly from now. An 8 piece there is 10$ and good.
