I have been to this location 3 times during peak, normal dinner hours. Each instance, something that should never be out is, is either unavailable or a 15 minute wait. Mac and cheese. Dark meat. Extra crispy. Crap experience each time. Not what I'm used to from other KFC stores.

Wow I was surprised I have not been to this KFC. In a very long time and the last time I was there it was, it's pretty bad. But this is what the family wanted tonight. So I went, hasn't hesitably, and to my surprise, I don't know if ownership has changed, but the staff had definitely changed. And uh it was, I don't kn a lot better than what it was. I was pleased and I got my order through with no animosity. I was greeted, my food was hot on time. Got home and it was very good. So welcome back kfc, and thank you

The best tasting KFC I've had in a long time My wife said that you can really taste the 11 herbs and spices. I love that the chicken was hot, fresh and not greasy! Very fast and friendly service plus they even offered country fried chicken on Wednesdays so you can't beat that!

Just don’t go, I’ve lived in the area a long time and when maybe 10 years ago you could confidently order a regular chicken combo from this location, not anymore, for the past couple years I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt hoping something has changed, but each time I leave feeling ripped off and I don’t even have the food I order. They also no longer offer refunds, hard to figure out why.

Bad, Bad, Bad! As others stated, this place could screw up a 1 car funeral. Tried it more than once. From not having chicken cooked, to forgetting some of your order. CHECK your bag before you leave. Then when you call and question them they ask if you can come back like it’s no big deal??? Must be privately owned and not a cooperate restaurant. Another chain goin down the tubes.

Used to love their pot pies but now they r lucky to have 1 small pc of chicken in them. The coleslaw seemed dry and not fresh.

So disappointed in this place.. gave it more than one try and still failed to be even a little edible. This past visit the tenders and fries were so old and stale they were hard as a rock. Couldn't eat them. Visit previous to this one they put a chicken leg instead of 2 of the tenders. So literally was a tender and a chicken leg. Which also wasn't able to be eaten. I don't know if it's poor service because we are ordering through door dash so they think it's acceptable to give us basically just trash and not care about us as customers or what. But won't be ordering from there again. I miss when they used to be good with better quality 😢😢

Nearly every time I come to this store they forget any of the extras that I order. If I get a meal and add on a small Mac n cheese I never get it. Today I order 3 meals and two extra small Mac n cheeses. Get home, not there. I’m tired of paying for stuff I don’t get. I guess I just have to sit there and check. I own a restaurant and if my place makes this many mistakes we wouldn’t be open. Train your staff and maybe get a manager in there for some quality control.

How is it you are doing dinner service while not busy and get something that is not even warm. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and only live 100 feet from the store and they were cold. Not even luke warm. How long did you leave them there before someone ordered those chicken patties? You should be ashamed of yourselves for even letting something like this to pass on to your guests. Completely unedable. Shame on you for making someone pay for something that is old product. It wasn't even warm, but yet you allow this to happen
