I ordered a large mashed potato and gravy off door dash and received a mashed potato with no gravy.. how am I supposed to eat mashed potatoes without gravy. Absolute disgrace. Delete this location and get an arbys. Please lord.

Every time I order something that's not a famous bowl here I end up regretting it. Only realistic option and I guess the saving grace is I get to occasionally at least enjoy a mountain dew if I go for a quick meal here?

I have been to this location 3 times during peak, normal dinner hours. Each instance, something that should never be out is, is either unavailable or a 15 minute wait. Mac and cheese. Dark meat. Extra crispy. Crap experience each time. Not what I'm used to from other KFC stores.

Wow I was surprised I have not been to this KFC. In a very long time and the last time I was there it was, it's pretty bad. But this is what the family wanted tonight. So I went, hasn't hesitably, and to my surprise, I don't know if ownership has changed, but the staff had definitely changed. And uh it was, I don't kn a lot better than what it was. I was pleased and I got my order through with no animosity. I was greeted, my food was hot on time. Got home and it was very good. So welcome back kfc, and thank you

The best tasting KFC I've had in a long time My wife said that you can really taste the 11 herbs and spices. I love that the chicken was hot, fresh and not greasy! Very fast and friendly service plus they even offered country fried chicken on Wednesdays so you can't beat that!

Just don’t go, I’ve lived in the area a long time and when maybe 10 years ago you could confidently order a regular chicken combo from this location, not anymore, for the past couple years I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt hoping something has changed, but each time I leave feeling ripped off and I don’t even have the food I order. They also no longer offer refunds, hard to figure out why.
