We have been going to Kilwins for years. We were in Lake Geneva today and bought a bear claw and caramel chocolate pretzel. The bear claw was $12 and pretzel $6. I understand prices today are high on everything…including chocolate. However, knowing the prices were higher than the last time we were in, we were not expecting to pay more for less. The bear claw was much smaller and the caramel in the pretzel was practically nonexistent.
Very disappointing and will not go back.

Always a favorite when we visit Lake Geneva. Lots of homemade chocolates to choose from, all were excellent! Service was great! The free sample of fudge is always a nice treat!

Good-sized place with all kinds of things: fudge, ice cream, chocolate candy, caramel apples, drink machine with carbonated beverages. You can sample types of candy and fudge. Several staff on hand. Went there twice - once during peak hours - and once shortly before close and was greeted and accommodated.

We visit chocolate shops everywhere we go, and so Lake Geneva was no exception. To make a long story short, whatever chocolate is a sharp uses, it's not the cheap waxy stuff. This is definitely one of the best shops we've ever been to. We were lucky enough to be able to buy limited-time Dubai chocolates, which which I had wanted to try for a while. Everything we bought was amazing. Dont miss it!

I was down to Lake Geneva today on a day bus trip. Our group had a little time to shop and one of the places I stopped at was your store. I purchased some dark chocolate sea salt pecans and sea salt caramels. They were very very good. Candy from a store like yours can be higher priced than others but you get quality. Your dark chocolates are top quality. If I ever get to Lake Geneva again, I will make it a point to stop at your store again.

The best ice cream in town. Great staff

Wow was this place busy and pricey! That said, the ice cream was tasty and I would have it again. My one recommendation would be to add flavor options earlier in the line as they weren't acceptable until you got to the counter which made it take longer to order. Also, the cashier was asking about scoop counts when menu labels things as small medium large. Kind of confusing.

I saw the long line, and just had to try it. It was worth the wait. I tried Georgia peach flavor and it was delicious. The ice cream shop was busy due to labor day but staff was courteous and friendly.

They have quite a few options for ice cream. Unfortunately they don't give samples, so it a buy and try. I got a very dark chocolate but can't remember the name. It was very good.

5 Starts to James and the crew! Me and my family visited Kilwins during the Venetian fest. Even though it was close to closing and busy due to the festival James and the other workers had a fun spirit a great sense of humor and were happy to help . The ice cream was fantastic and we will be coming back!

’ve been to several other Kilwins in different parts of the country, and I have found some of them to be just okay. This location, in the heart of downtown Lake Geneva, looks similar in many ways, but I felt like it was more spacious. When we were there, they were making several batches of fresh fudge, and the smell was overwhelming and delicious.

It took me a few minutes to decide, but the staff were friendly and patient. I ended up with a few different cones: Kilwins Track, Salted Caramel, and Cherry. My biggest complaint? They gave me way too much — it looked like at any second it was going to topple off the top of the cone. :)

All three cones were excellent, and I’d be happy to stop by again.

Went in for fudge it's delicious. My only complaint is you have to buy the entire piece they have cut.
There was a piece cut in half I asked for that piece but couldn't sell it to me.
Too bad because I wanted to buy to different flavors but couldn't afford$32.
I bought only 1 piece.
When your a senior you need to pick and choose what you can buy.
Too bad I couldn't get both flavors.
Maybe you should think about changing your policy.
