Super long line waiting for some fudge, but it was worth the wait.Winter fest crowd was to blame, but that did not hinder the service, hospitality, and quality.

This place has the ice cream spread out across probably 20 or 30 feet and they move along like cattle instead of allowing you to go look at all the ice creams and choose what you want, they try to make you stay in line in front of all the ice cream so you can't see anything once you've passed it. While you're trying to decide they keep asking you to move up, making it an even less pleasant experience. This place makes you feel unwelcome because of this. The ice cream is good, but it's lost on the above .

It's rare to get great service anywhere these days though all 3 people who helped us, 2 young men & 1 older woman, were friendly and helpful! We were given free small chocolate bar samples with our purchase of fudge, which was really good. Also got cappuccino chocolate chip ice cream that was very good. Wasn't sure where to eat it as it was very cold outside & they didn't have tables. Must have had that look on my face as I was kindly told there were tables in the building's common area, which served perfectly. Will definitely go back when in LG!

I love how they offer you samples when you walk in !! The fudge is so good. Chara bought 3 loaves. Plain Chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, cookie dough and a cereal treat. The lady at the counter gave us a some great tips for plain travel (with bars of fudge) ? Anyway, great place to stop by.
Let my wife buy a bag of their salt water taffy that is probably been stale a year. No flavor from any of the different varieties and a horrible stale flavor and smell. Sadly I tried 3 just to keep seeing if they were good. Package itself looks worn out, and possibly a sell by code taken off the front?

Absolutely delicious 1st time having apple ice cream and and Caramel sea salt. Will comeback next year when we are back there. Michelle was very patient and delightful

Wooow. This place is outstanding! The people behind the counter are all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The girl with the portrait tatoo was awesome! I sampled the fudge, which I typically am not a fan of, but it was amazing so I grabbed some of the cookies and cream to take with me along with some caramel choco covered pretzel rods and a few other chocolates for the fam. The highlight though, is the ice cream! It was the best ice cream/waffle cone Ive ever had. I first sample the rum raisin and it was delish but then I tried the butter pecan and WOW, showstopper! I hope to be back before my trip here in Lake Geneva is over!
