We ordered the classic burger without any vegetables and the waiters wrote it down but it came with lettuce onions and tomato when we told her we asked for a burger without vegetables she said ( so do want me to take the lettuce out and bring it back to you! ) we also asked for regular French fries and she got us another kind of fries when I told her I asked for regular fries she said to me that they don’t have regular fries but all the photos on google maps shows that they do have regular fries

Had a gluten free burger, compared to Lake City social in the Dells, this one was mediocre. Take a few lessons from the cook at the Dells they KNOW what theyre doing!

This place was okay but I wouldn't want to go back. I ordered a burger with fries and there person I was with ordered chicken tenders and tots. When we received our food, the sides were on the wrong plates. Luckily we didn't mind sharing plates and didn't make a fuss about it. The food probably would have been tasty but it was luke warm at vest. We were seated near the patio door which kept being open and shut for no reason (it was starting to rain out and people were no longer dining outside) which made it cold inside.

The food was absolutely delicious! We split the Smashed and Smothered Burger , and the Chicago Dipper sandwich — all were excellent. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. Our server, Kelly, was amazing — so attentive, friendly, and even gave us great ideas of things to do around Lake Geneva. She was wonderful with our kids too (they kept asking where she went after leaving our table!). Overall, such a great experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Food was fine for a tourist area with a good view. Service was brutal. Server never came to us after we were seated. We had to go find someone to see us. They finally came out asked what we wanted but we did not have menu’s after being seated for 20 minutes. We placed an order, but then our food arrived before the appetizers. She forgot to put in the appetizer/ pretzel. No apology at all. Just walked away.

[1] Ordered the raved about $13 Cheese Curds claimed to be better than our loved Culvers and was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED: hard and solid, not crunchy with gooey cheese as expected. SHOULD HAVE SENT THEM BACK TO THE KITCHEN: absolutely NOT worth the $ that would have been better spent at Culvers for double the Curds made to perfection. With nearly 4.7M views of our reviews, we would gladly post a new Review if the restaurant were to offer a remake of better Curds for a better Review. [2] $13 Pesto Margarita Flatbread: average [House of Bogini --> divinely delicious!] [3] $11 Tiramisu Martini: average. Had better tasting, more flavorable dessert martinis.

Comfortable restaurant with a great view of the lake. We went in specifically looking for a Friday fish fry, which they had. The fish was good, but they fry it very dark, not the golden brown it's normally served as. The coleslaw was good, the fries were good. Our waiter recommended the loaded mashed potatoes. They were good, but I think I would have preferred the fries with the fish. There is a full bar in the middle of the restaurant, and large clean bathrooms. We would go again.

Awesome, we first went to flat iron restaurant and had a horrible experience with service that we left. And went to lake city social. And wow great service and the food was good. Highly recommend it for the social atmosphere and friendliness.
