Never had Mod Pizza before and won’t again. See my photo…. Almost no cheese and sausage tasted like meatballs from spaghetti O’s. Very disappointing for the $17 it cost.

Each person in our family got their own pizza and picked what they wanted on it so we were all happy! What a great concept with just one price no matter the toppings! And they even had veggie sausage with no extra charge. So good! Will come back next time we're in the area

Last year only open until 6:00pm at Lake Geneva location. This year 10-11pm. The pizza is awesome but the app sucks. My order is never ready when it says it is. Also every location has banana peppers but it's not a option on the app. In the notes I always say please add banana peppers and not once they get right. So now I'm waiting for my pizza to come out without banana peppers. They offer to make a new one but I'm in a hurry so I just ask to get it on the side. I wish they would just read the ticket.

I recently got a pizza and it had no sausage on it so I called the manager 4 times to complain *no answer* so I asked for the general managers number *they don’t know the GMs number* so never going there again! *Lake Geneva Mod pizza*
The new management of the restaurant has made this place 1000x better than what it was just a year ago. so good.

Please train your staff to pay attention to orders if you offer vegan and vegetarian options. People don’t eat meat and dairy for so many reasons (religious, moral, health, etc.). It’s SO important to serve exactly what the customer orders.

A few months ago, I started going to this Mod pizza location, and unfortunately, I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience. The listed hours on Google and Maps say they’re open until a certain time, but they regularly close 3 to 4 hours earlier without notice. Every time I’ve tried to stop by during their posted hours, the doors are locked, and the staff either ignores me, refuses to open the door, or simply says, “These are our hours,” with no explanation or concern.
Today, I decided to call ahead to make sure they were actually open before wasting another trip. Someone answered the phone, and when I asked to confirm the store was open, she said, “Let me ask,” and then hung up on me.
It’s incredibly unprofessional to operate a business like this, ignoring posted hours and treating customers as if their time doesn’t matter. I hope management takes this seriously and makes some changes, because this has been an ongoing issue that makes MOD Pizza Lake Geneva feel unreliable and dismissive of the community.
