O2 Lounge is one of my absolute favorite places to take my kids! My sons love it here it’s always such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and generous, and everything we’ve tried has been great. My personal favorite is the honeydew milk tea , it’s amazing! This is definitely our go-to spot for a little treat and some quality family time. Highly recommend! 💚

I placed an order for my son’s football team, so this was a large order. The owner and her staff were so helpful and accommodating. They included a purple lemonade drink to represent Elkhorn’s football colors and an adorable laminated menu for reference. My order was packed with care and they even helped carry the drinks to my car. Their service was exceptional and of course, the boba drinks. I highly recommend this business. As an added bonus, the inside is super cute with adorable retail goods.

The atmosphere of this place is very calm and tranquil and decorated very well. The drinks are amazing and the menu has a good variety. However, I think the drinks are overpriced, for a medium is over $9, as other places not charge around $6-$7.

My new favorite drink spot. So many different yummy drinks to choose from. I honestly go in tell the owner what flavors I like and she creates a fun delicious drink for me. I haven't tried one I didn't like! The store offers a variety of vendors for a unique shopping experience. The manager Sirye (I know I spelled her name wrong) and co worker Addie are truly top notch additions and I love to see them in there working when I stop in for a refreshing beverage. What a great addition to Lake Geneva!

I keep trying different flavors of milk tea here and most every one I've had so far was hard to finish. The tapioca pearls are great, but the drinks themselves are not. Their version of thai tea is one of the worst I've had. I had an iced coffee once and it was clearly stale like it had been sitting out all day. I think they might actually pour from the same coffee pot left out for hours. They also seem to make one employee run the entire drinks bar, which doesn't seem right as it can get fairly busy in there. I've never seen more than one person behind the counter. I don't recommend this place for milk tea. It is way overpriced for the quality. If you want to visit this place, get a fruit tea instead. And tip the barista well – I have never had to run the whole store at my job, and it looks very stressful.

This whole place is a scam. Can’t believe how this place is still open. Terrible service and the boba is not authentic at all. Says fresh juice but in reality their juice is nothing related to FRESH, they just pour them out of branded bottles and serve them for like 5 times of the original price. The boba in the brown sugar milk tea is also hard in the middle not boiled correctly.
