This has been the 5th time I have come to potbelly’s and had issues. This seems to be a recurring issue but we waited almost 45 minutes for an online order as we had walk in customers pass us. They kept telling us they had a flood of orders. After 1 hour i finally got my one sandwich I ordered. I totally understand being busy and getting slammed but beware of ordering online at this location. You are better to walk in than order online. Food is delicious as always but unfortunately this time it was cold as they were just sitting out waiting to be bagged.

Despite the how busy it was and how short staffed they might have been, Sylvia and Theo pulled it together working very hard to keep up with great attitudes! Made my experience great! Thank you both so much!

The sandwiches were absolutely delicious! The ingredients were actually fresh, and the staff were so sweet and attentive! My husband and I will definitely be coming back often!

A chef’s kiss to whomever made my sandwich. I love potbelly it’s my favorite sandwich restaurant. The blonde guy behind the cashier was rude though ?when he gave my change back he just tossed it on the counter even though my hand was open to receive it, and my friend also had a weird exchange with him. Potbelly is still my fav though ❤️

We walked in famished around 2 hours before close. To our disappointment the guy cashier listed a long list of meat they were out of due to something about a broken slicer. The employees exchanged a sly look before we walked out. A half hour later we walked back to our car and to our surprise there was a large line. From the window right in front of our car we saw an employee using the meat slicer as well as multiple people eating sandwiches. While I’m not certain if these sandwiches had meat in them, I am certain the staff is not up to par.
my dad went into potbelly’s tonight and the girl cashier there was very rude not only to him but to kids making them cry and to the employees in front of customers she was not professional

Ordered two 14 dollar sandwiches and 2 7 dollar milkshakes, online, paid 42 dollars with tip. Arrived to pick up the order and was told they couldn't make the shakes because they were out of milk. I asked if my card would be credited and was told a District Manager would have to issue the credit, and would happen the next day. Well, that never happened and now I have to track someone down for my credit for a couple shakes never delivered. Should it be this hard to trust employees to do the right thing and issue credits? Seems pretty ridiculous this isn't the case. Bad enough simple sandwiches have gotten so expensive but to not completely fulfill an order and do the right thing and immediately issue a refund...totally not cool. Shame on you Potbelly. I'll be calling for my refund. BTW, the free shake coupons you provided as a courtesy for your failing, is not an acceptable solution. Order number 28551578318258184 should be all the info you need to issue my refund.

We placed a mobile order and had to wait 45 minutes for it, and they missed the cookie, water, and applesauce for the kids meal. Apparently they decided to put all of the mobile orders behind all of the in person orders. The people who were waiting beside us had been waiting for 50 minutes. The food was good, but it was cold.

Rough store. Hasn’t had a good manager in years and it shows. It shows in food quality, wait times, staff energy, and simple cleanliness. Staff is truly trying their best but is being failed by management
