Known for being one the few places that do soup, and they can't even be ready for when they open. Ordered for pick up, and soup wasnt ready, and decided they werent going to give me soup, and weren't going to refund me since I prepaid for soup. Sandwich was cold and wouldnt remake. This place used to have such better customer service and everything, will not be visiting this location again.

We were ignored by the staff. Had somebody behind us served before us. The lady looked right at us and didn't say a word. Then after we finally got our order taken the guy finishing the sandwiches was rude as well. As he was cutting the sandwich i said oh can you add this topping too(as i forgot to order it before he cut it) the shear annoyance that came from him was rediculous. The soup prices are insane for mediocre soup. And the tables were all dirty, every last one. And the floors had garbage all over. It was just filthy. This was an awful experience. We won't be back.

I had ordered through the app so I could grab and go but something went wrong between each end. Upon arrival, I worked with the staff (who were VERY kind) to see where our program was and it turned out the order never came through, and card was never charged. Regardless, they were very helpful and made my order per usual methods, and with no problems compared to other locations. The desserts/ treats were also very fresh and tasty which was another plus, also in comparison to other locations that is

Looks nice after the remodel, always loved the location! A great place to get a sub while you're out on the town or having a day at the beach!
Potbelly's in LG almost always does it right, if you're visiting from somewhere that doesn't have a Potbelly's, It's a recommended try from me, go big or go home with their shakes, too~! (Banana is soo good.)
My go to is a Biggie Wreck with Double meat and Provolone instead of Swiss, hot peppers onions and some vin (double baked), can't forget the freebies!~
Only con is double meat seems to be slacking lately. Still better than Subway.

Placed an online catering order for pickup. Arrived for pickup. I did arrive after my pickup time but the order was not ready. I had to wait while they completed other orders and finished the people in line. 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup time I was walking out of there with my incorrect order.
We were given wrong chips, our salad was incomplete with no toppings and the wrong dressing. Our sandwiches weren’t made as we requested ( ex. Having items removed).
As a catering order this was upsetting. I can only imagine how their regulars orders are handled.

I usually really like potbelly sandwiches. Decided to try the new prime rib steak and was disappointed in the overall quality. The steak was very tough and the flavors were not jiving together. It was a miss in my opinion. The staff at this location were not on their game that day. We waited to order even though no one was in front of us. No one was watching the toaster and one of the sandwiches almost ended up on the floor. The person who helped us with toppings acted like they were overwhelmed with 3 sandwiches. One of us ordered a large size sandwich and it was completely cold in the middle. He had to have it remade. We waited to check out as the cashier finished up a personal conversation with someone for about 5 minutes. Not my best experience with potbelly sandwiches and the prices are no longer justified by quality/flavor.

We ordered a sandwich today and there was an insect in the sandwich. They did make another one but the next one had a hair in it. I have ate there many times and the food and service was good. The place was really dirty and not clean. They looked understaffed.
