The store is very dirty. The counter is dirty and old. The two servers need to wash their pants. As much as I like QDoba I can’t return.

Visited on 8/07/25 and was disappointed with the lack of attention to this restaurant. The restaurant was messy and dirty, garbage overflowing and on the floor. There was also some floor material left in a box near the entrance. The food was not good and had no flavor. They also took away the vegan option for protein. Not coming back.

Disappointing experience tonight, we didn’t get the dressing for the salad, toppings were missing and never got the guacamole. When you call to tell them, you can’t get through, they finally tell me a manager will call back and they never did. So long Quidoba there’s too much competition out there to come back to you.

I tried to eat here a year ago with a friend of mine at like 8:30pm, and they were out of so much stuff that we couldn't make two meals. I said never again. Well, my wife and I tried it again last week, and it was horrendous. First of all, this place needs a complete renovation. The furniture is run down, the floors are stained black from dirt, and it just feels like everything is worn out. Then, the food was not good, burnt steak, wilted lettuce, stale chips....it wasn't good. Then, they were out of ice in their fountain machine, which leads me to think that the ice machine is broken. At some point, you have to decide to just pull the plug. This last time will absolutely be my last time stopping here.

I am going to stop ordering salads because I never get dressing! Dry salads are gross in my opinion. Also ordered gauc and it was missing. Unfortunately this is not a one off situation, something is always missing with my order. First world problems of course but still frustrating. Staff is friendly - but definitely disengaged. I am rooting for you Qdoba!! Focus on quality control and training! ♥️

The past few times I’ve been to the Lake Geneva Qdoba, they are always missing ingredients. Ground beef, lettuce, chips, guacamole, etc. My most recent visit, I asked for Cholula Hot and Sweet chicken, but they were out of the sauce. They then proceeded to make it in front of me, even when one employee said that’s not how you make it and you can’t do that. Needless to say, I threw my entire bowl out because of that AND spoiled lettuce. It’s really unfortunate that this Qdoba declined this badly, I use to go all the time.

Watched a worker make my burrito, ring me up at the cash register handled cash, then go make someone else's food all wearing the same pair of gloves. I wonder what the health department would think about this? Someone's gonna get sick. What's the point of wearing gloves if you're not going to change them?
We stopped at qdoba in Lake Geneva for lunch. I get they were busy. We ordered 2 taco salads in taco shells and 2 quasadillas. They were out of shells, super awesome guy says we can make it no issue. So ok fine. The older slow guy had zero idea what he was doing. We repeated our order at least 4 times. He said ok like he understood. My husband questioned the guy why he was putting it in a normal bowl, he said it gets put in there after. Which seeing how we have been here before we knew that wasnt right. We ended with 2 small taco salads no shell and no quasadillas. Awesome.

Not friendly staff at all, especially for customer service positions coming from a teenager who works in customer service. Me and my friend were going to dine in but all of the tables were gross and the floor was dirty. No ice in the machine at all especially during a hot day. Asked for a meal, the guy forgot to give me my cup, I go up and ask which one it is and the girl looks at me like I’m crazy.
