This Qdoba is terrible. They’re literally always out of 10 different things regardless of what time you go, and it’s always the same guy behind the counter who has a terrible attitude and gives super small portions.

Ordered Qdoda first time TODAY.. Had a Steak burrito.. Sounds simple. The steak literally look like canned dog food? The rice was gross. The green and red peppers look a week old. Staff didn't know how to even make a tight burrito look like a toddler made it. Taste was something from a Jr. High school! Cheap and processed food out of a bag. Good thing got all my money back for this cheap garbage.

I have never had a bad experience at Qdoba except for today, to start of the place was a mess not cleaned at all, food all over the floor and tables. They forgot my bag of chips that came with my order, and were very rude. They had music blasting I could barely hear what the worker was saying. Just a very bad experience over all.

I Stopped here to go , eat at exactly 9:30 pm and the doors were already locked , they don't close until 10pm according to the website and by my understanding , doors are supposed to remain unlocked during business hours

I can only give one star as Google does not have an option for half stars or no stars. The employees here made you feel like you were a burden just walking in the door. Placing your order to them was tantamount to pistol whipping them with the attitude you get back. Don't ask for tacos at this place. Apparently, the guy who makes them deep fries them one at time and leaves them in the fryer to fill door dash or Uber eats orders. The food was semi cold and literally was scraped from the bottom of the containers. Just a minute for three tacos as the guy who fried in the aforementioned sentence took a bit longer to do that. Eating field rations in the military was more pleasant that spending my time and money here. Didn't know Lake Geneva had a ban on customer trays. The one girls side eye holier than though attitude after I dare ask for drink cups after PAYING for them was the last straw. Dirty floors, trash overflowing and generally just over all decrepit condition. Chipotle should open next to this joint and take it out of business and put it out of our misery. Maybe the Walworth County Health Department will beat them to it.

I’ve had varied experiences here. The employees I’ve encountered here have ranged from kind and patient to straight up insulting. On the food side, my bowl is given to me a bit colder than I would like, but that’s nothing a microwave doesn’t quickly fix.
I have never had issues picking up an order from their Kenosha location, however, this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with QDOBA. We ordered dinner for myself, mom, and 6 year old niece…. Order was placed for pick up ASAP (it’s about a 20 min drive to the LG location), left about 5-7 mins after the order was placed, and waited about 10 minutes inside for the order because it was not yet ready. Order was missing a juice box for my niece, a bag of chips (we ordered chips and queso), fajita veggies on one bowl, rice in another bowl, etc., and the queso was chunky and cold. I ended up making my niece Mac and cheese and we will not be ordering there again. 2/5 stars because it wasn’t inedible and the staff were fine.

The food looked old and burnt. The person making my items was rude and just throwing things into the bowl. Tossed my bowl on the counter, threw my bag of chips open next to it. Mumbled so much I could not understand what he was asking. Was not friendly or engaging until tip time. Absolutely the worst service I’ve had in a long time. No need to ever return.

I havent ordered from Qdoba in quite some time. So i thought we would order online sonce we havent eaten there in some time. When I got home and unpacked our food I noticed we were missing a bag of chips and cheese. My son ordered a create your own bowl and when he was eating, he found plastic in it. I have to say I am disappointed. Qdoba used to be one of the better places to oder from. I don't think I will be ordering here again any time soon. :(.

Saw the same volatile impatient worker again here i saw around 2-3 weeks ago on evening shift too (same guy similar experience although that time they were busy but he was very rude upon looked at menu few seconds then a later arrival while ordering needlessly spoke to lady behind me just arrived saying sorry to them just to ridicule me as ordered). 10/12/2025 between 7:00-7:20 this same white guy works there again. Not busy this time at all but I made a super fast order and he kept asking are you done yet over and over upon flopping things down with very poor attitude. Then just walked away and threw something at trash rather than attend to cash register. I regret even giving a low tip and will not be back there. I can imagine if asked him put sauce on it (hurrying me along with no customers) wouldve reacted aggressively (I wouldve avoided trouble over fast food but sometimes need to avoid situations if possible as no one needs additional issues) if I wouldve asked to put sauce on it after hurried me along and just got the packets to go anyway to accomodate around unpleasant situation dealing with bad service.
It is a privelage to work a job like this and get tips from people. You dont even have to wait at a table or focus on presentation much here. Lots of jobs dont have this opportunity and a popular name means people come. I urge people seeing shoddy customer service here to speak up as well or impatient unfriendly attitude.
