Worse Rosatis I have ever had. Customer service and management horrible. I've had other Rosati locations much better. Pizza was mushy, crust was soaked with watered sauce and grease. Do not order.

Ordered a medium deep dish with spinach, mushrooms, and onions. I guess $30 is about right but pizza had no body and no flavor. Usually deep dish pizzas are dense and heavy and this wasn’t the case. The ingredients were bland and the crust had no flavor. I Had been craving a tasty deep dish in, pizza, and probably won’t go back again

Would give negative but can’t. Planned an easy dinner with the $3.50 deal and an additional they advertised since I was leaving on vacation early the next day. Showed as a deal in the morning. Called and the woman said they changed their minds. Unreal and terrible of them

Went in today for the 1964 price deal that’s been advertised for a week only to get rudely told no we’re not doing that deal even though their restaurant was on the flyer for a week I’ve heard nothing but bad about this restaurant and won’t be spending my money or time there.

Waited for over an hour when they told me 15 minutes. I went up to counter and she said 15 more minutes. I asked for refund and left.

By far the worst restaurant in existence. Placed an order a week ago, given confirmation pick up time. 45 minutes after the fact, it was ready. They forgot our order.
Today tried a phone order instead of online. Confirmed name and number in system from previous orders. Set a pickup time for 45min. Walked in to be told they didn't have an order for me. Told me they would look up my order online despite telling them twice that it was a phone order. They then told me I must have called a different store in the area. Called while talking to them, the number I called. Imagine that, it was ringing while we talked. The worst customer service in existence by far. DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THIS LOCATION.
