The staff was very friendly, greeting us with a smile and hello. While you order at the counter they brought the food to our table. The pizza was just the right combo of sauce to cheese. The worst part about the whole thing was waiting fort it to cool off enough to eat.

I called this location for a pick up order and person who answered didn’t acknowledge or pizza location nor greeting. I was confused on call and just ended up ordering from somewhere else. Location needs to work on customer service.

We thought this place would be like the Rosati's in Chicago, Schererville or Valparaiso...that was a hard no. The pizza was not good. They were accommodating though. We had gotten ice cream before deciding to eat pizza and they put it in their fridge until we were done dinning. I appreciated that kind gesture but the pizza didn't meet expectations 😕

A major disappointment to the Rosati chain. GYRO meat dried out and tasteless, shell hard and tasteless. Once served the 3 workers sat down to their lunch of subway and noodles inc from across the street. Much better choice! No reaction when we told them the gyro was worst we ever had. Never disappointed in other Rosati locations but this one should be closed. A major flaw in the chain.

Service was excellent from the driver. The food was absolutely disgusting and not even cooked. I will never order a $25.00 pizza when I visit here. I came this weekend to help out at the company that I work for which has amazing food. And my son wanted something from Chicago since we’re from there so I left work got to my hotel and order this disgusting pizza! We can’t even eat this and when I tried to call them I was put on hold then hung up on then I called back and received no answer if I could give them no stars I would. How can any manager or cook send this order out to a guest. I guess they just don’t care here

Placed an online order at 4:45pm. Was told at 5:30 that food was on the way. The premade salad and premade dessert finally arrived at 6:15pm. I live 10 minutes from Rosati's. Never again!

We ordered two different pasta dinners, a double cheeseburger w/fries and a gyro w/fries and everything was delicious!!!! So much food no one could finish their dinner. We’ll definitely order from them again!!
Horrible experience. Pizza was SOAKED with grease puddle in middle of pizza, crust all wet throughout. Didn't eat the pizza, treated horribly because of their past complaints comparing our purchase to others who have ordered, eaten and demanded a refund. Pizza was returned and refunded but took much follow up to get it

Was the WORST Rosati’s experience I have ever had. Pizza was soaked by the time I got it (the entire bottom of the box was leaking through from how undercooked it was) and customer service was terrible with how they handled it. It took several calls and finally me having to drive to the restaurant to not even get things figured out. The chef/manager takes Zero accountability. We have had several other Rosati’s locations with zero issues. You’re better off getting a frozen pizza from across the street. Would not recommend to anyone, you couldn’t pay me to eat here again.

Ordered a medium deep dish with spinach, mushrooms, and onions. I guess $30 is about right but pizza had no body and no flavor. Usually deep dish pizzas are dense and heavy and this wasn’t the case. The ingredients were bland and the crust had no flavor. I Had been craving a tasty deep dish in, pizza, and probably won’t go back again
