Holy…. This is really good ice cream. It comes with a slightly tall price but 100% worth it. I got the brownie cascade, one scoop on a dipped waffle cone. I was stuffed. Really good chocolate flavor! My wife really liked her strawberry in a regular waffle cone. I will definitely go back, and probably tomorrow lol.

I was coming on here to leave a review of the lovely experience I had at scoops yesterday evening. It was my first time in Lake Geneva and I was surprised to see such a harsh review of the employee working alone. Based off my conversation with her she had been working alone all day and still seemed to have been in good spirits. Had it have been me, I’m not too sure you would have been greeted as kindly! haha! I had asked for a sample and she kindly stated how they don’t do them anymore and saw her have the same hospitality to everyone that came in the shop when I was present. I’m sorry sampling ice cream is a deal breaker for you but basing an entire business off a rule they have (for probably good reason) and coming on here to leave a poor review is childish. maybe its time to do some looking inward and realize you can’t always get what you wanted. hope the rest of the bachelorette trip was a blast!

Was here for a bachelorette trip the women at the counter was quite stand off ish asked for a sample and she immediately snapped back saying they don’t do samples…ok. Odd didn’t even end up ordering anything. I love supporting small businesses that support the community and it really didn’t give that.

We didn’t finish the ice cream… pretty gross and rude owner. Saw them harassing people sitting outside. No customer service for paying guests. Nobody in line either… makes no sense. As a business owner myself this is not how you succeed. Down the street is much better options for ice cream!
Terrible experience today with place. Dark haired man came out of the store and told us to leave their seating area even though my grandson was buying ice cream. Our family had all bought and ate ice cream and were waiting for grandson to arrive. He thought we were loitering. I was insulted the way he treated us. I will not be supporting this business in the future. Unbelievable and rude.

Even after a quick 5-minute drive home in 75-degree weather, my ice cream only melted a little, and it was so worth it! Scoops seriously has the BEST banana splits ever. Their ingredients are unbelievably fresh!

My friend and I ordered coffee-based ice cream, hers was with nuts, mine not, since I am allergic to nuts. When they gave us the cones, they switched the flavors and gave us the wrong ones. The cashier told me the ice cream was Espresso Oreo, the one I ordered, but it turned out instead to be my friend's order which had nuts. Needless to say, biting into nuts when they assured me the ice cream had no nuts was not a good experience.
I understand it was busy, but that's no excuse to lose track of which cone has which flavor. Luckily they *also* messed up someone else's order in our party and I was able to enjoy a chocolate cone they were given by mistake.
