We’re lucky to have a Starbucks near us with such an outstanding barista. Every time we come in, Miles is incredibly kind, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. He remembers faces, greets everyone with such a positive attitude, and goes out of his way to make the experience a good one.
What stands out most is how gracious he is if someone doesn’t love their drink, he’s always happy to remake it without any attitude or making anyone feel bad. It’s clear he takes pride in the customer experience and just wants people to leave happy. You don’t always find that kind of consistent kindness and professionalism, and it deserves to be recognized! Thank you for being you Miles!

I went there for a pick up order. I’ve ordered multiple pick ups before with no issue. The app said my pick up was ready when I went in only the food was ready so I waited for 30 minutes, but my drink was never made, so I just left.

i doordash my two starbucks drinks this morning with food and the drinks came with stickers over the drinks which is fine, but the don’t come off and leave paper all over the rim and you can’t drink from them. get new stickers.

We stopped in for a break from the sides shopping, as usual Starbucks is a great place to grab a coffee and relax, this store has a large interior with plenty of seating, the staff was friendly and the service was fast

We've been going to this Starbucks for years now and been a loyal customers. Today was total shock! I went in to get water for my dogs and was told by manager, who was very mean, that they can't give me tap water until I purchase something. It was a hot day, I was just walking with my dogs and did not have any money with me. He had an audasity to be so mean to me and refuse when I asked him for tap water. He should be ashamed of himself! The water in the bathroom was hot, so I could not let my dogs drink it. I'll never will be going there again and will tell all my friends to do the same!
