I ordered 4 drinks, on my way to pick them up I noticed 4 straws on the counter, however the counter was wet and the straws were soaked with random juices. I politely asked for 4 new straws because the ones on the counter were soaked. The employee “Bri” gave me a look then rudely tossed new straws on the same counter, rather than handing them to me. Leaving those 4 straws also soaked. The whole counter and store was dirty.

This Starbucks definitely needs staffing. It was Oktoberfest at this location there was only two people won barista and one cashier. Took almost 40 minutes just to get coffee but it was goodEverybody was in orderly fashion and understood that they were understaffed at that day. But really come on man
Love this Starbucks but, have to say why are customers turning the outside area into a dog park. Three unleashed dogs jumping on all the furniture...l couldn't even get up to go inside without three dogs jumping towards me. Plus the fact it was so loud from all of them barking. I noticed these same people before here, acting careless and strange. Is Starbucks turning into a dog cult.. so bizarre. Manners would help..

Rude management. Very mean and nasty. Mobile orders were not ready. I had to wait 35 minutes. I brought my dog inside because my drink wasn't ready and was yelled at by management. Didn't even ask if my dog was a service dog. So unprofessional.

The store is very spacious and comfortable temperature, outside with a lawn under tall trees, it is located just a block off from the most crowded area of Lake Geneva, WI. Barista are friendly and prompt service.

I was at the lake Geneva main st Starbucks Saturday. I waited for my mobile order for 35 min! This is not ok. The manager, who I think is new was extremely rude . When I asked about m y order, which was just an Americano( he said: we are busy)! I have not had any issues with this Starbucks until this manager, and I’m not sure if he is a district manager or just a manager, but he needs to get his act together. !
