I know this will sound strange, but I have yet to go to a subway located in a gas station and had a good experience. The food is not as fresh, the serving areas are not kept as clean and in general it's just not the same as a stand alone Subway. This station subway lives up to all of this. If I am wrong feel free to tell me but I recommend you get your gas and keep driving.

I first went in here after a horrible experience the other day with the 501 n interchange location.
I’ve been in there 3 days in a row now because they are AMAZING there. They are wonderful people, they’re all very friendly and helpful and by far make the best sandwiches! And even after one visit they remembered me and my son. I will drive the hour round trip to go there every single time from this point forward! Cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely horrible service. I’m local and can 100% say I nor anyone in my family will order from here again. Today my family ordered 3 footlongs, 3 pizza dippers and a salad. The woman gave me such an attitude, didn’t even look at me and said next time order 24 hours in advance this is considered catering. If that’s the case then she could’ve offered that to me with more respect instead of trying to tell me off. Her only saving grace was the man helping her and he spoke much kinder so to be respectful to him I gave a tip. She did not deserve it and needs a lesson in speaking respectful to customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Everyone in there was BEYOND amazing!! I came in to pickup a doordash and the vibes were immaculate. I instantly knew I had to come back to get my dinner for the night! Not only was everyone SUPER kind, they were all extremely easy to talk to and the conversations were great. I hope all three people working on 1/17 around 6:30 should know how awesome they are! Would highly recommend :)

I ordered from the subway app. I went in a few minutes laterp to pick it up. Took it out side to eat it, and the bread was ROCK HARD, and almost burnt. I went in to get my money back, because I did not want them to remake it. I didn't trust them. They told me that they would not do anything for me and that I had to make a compliant to corporate. One of the workers said that went and asked what to do, the manager was very short with her and was not very helpful to the employee. The manager Kat was trying to brush me off a quick as possible and was not very nice about helping me. I do not recommend this location, and will not be back.

Good Subway OPEN 24 HOURS (if I'm rating Orland Hills location). IMO, way better later evening choice than the usual suspects (Taco B, McD's etc). The "night guy" is very friendly. Food is always prepared correctly, on time when using the app... Yet again, 4 stars is really the highest I'll go for fast food, but 5 stars for service. Thanks! 🙂 (Side note, I tried a meatball sub. If you're used to places like Pop's, Sub City, or your local Italian joint for a meatball sandwich... Skip this one. Sorry Subway, if I gotta ding ya on points- the meatball sub was... Blech. Mystery meat. Try harder. Decent cold cuts for sandwiches... Good tuna... Awful meatballs. 😖
