I stopped in for a quick lunch today. The place was very clean and the blonde girl working was super friendly and helpful.
I ordered a foot long turkey sub with lots of veggies. Everything looked fresh and my sub was perfect! I will definitely be going back!

This is the worst Subway.I ordered a turkey bacon sub and as the female day worker was adding vegetables I noticed all the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were mushy.I asked her if she had fresh of Bethany she told me they were fresh that she cut it up this morning. FIRST of all she didn't cut lettuce .It comes pretty shredded. When I told her I didn't want it if there wasn't fresh and she threatened to call the police on me. For what? Not wanting a sub with rotten vegetables?? I've never experienced anything like this before.

All this subway knows is how to screw up food and then lie about it. Send my spouse to get food and the lady sat in the back with kids while some guy that seemed new was making food. They ran out of lettuce and he said fine don't make it. Then someone else went and came up with it and now my sandwich has still no lettuce barely any veggies at all when all I eat is 90% veggies and the chicken was dry as hell. So looks like another sandwich goes in the trash. Used to be a good subway but now it's gone down hill. Won't go to this one again.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. The manager was unbelievably rude—zero customer service skills and a horrible attitude. My food was cold, the bread was stale, and to top it off, I was charged twice for my order. When I brought it to their attention, I was told, “That’s not my issue.” Excuse me? How is that not your issue when it happened at your store? Completely unacceptable. I will never be coming back, and I suggest others avoid this place unless you enjoy bad food and even worse service.

Not surprised it’s this low in stars! Went in today and wanted American cheese they put the orange one I said no the white one and they said it’s the same thing it tastes the same we ordered the wrong one! (WHICH US NOT MY PROBLEM)
They made 2 wrong with the wrong cheese STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!! Will be contacting corporate!

Today, I placed a curbside order at this Subway to help accommodate my schedule. The order was set for 11:30 am. After waiting for 15 minutes, I started to worry there might have been a system glitch, or perhaps I was at the wrong Subway (it happens). I decided to go inside, and I could see the only staff member was clearly overworked. She confirmed my order and mentioned that she was "obviously busy and just getting to it now." I understood — I work in customer service too, and things happen.

However, she continued by saying I should have come inside, as curbside orders make things difficult for her. She explained that she couldn’t stop taking orders because the machine kept beeping at her. She added that she was doing her best and even snapped at me, saying I should get my own drink to save time, as it would take her longer to do it.

I hadn't expressed any frustration or anger, but her ongoing comments made me feel like I was the problem. At one point, the gas station employee offered to help, but she snapped at him, saying it was an online order, so he couldn't assist. I get that she was probably having a bad day, but pushing that attitude onto customers isn't acceptable. If you can't handle the pressure of customer service, perhaps it's time to reconsider working in this industry.
