Today I came in around 10am to grab a sandwich to eat at work after going to the gym. While the lady was building my sandwich I apparently touched my stomach (large from having 2 kids in 20 months- but not currently pregnant) the sandwich maker then proceeds to say “pregnant right?!”. I’m definitely not so this was extremely hurtful.When I WAS pregnant 4 years ago with my 1st I frequented because I worked nearby. This was the first time in the last 4 years I have been to this establishment, and from todays conversation I will choose another subway instead. I’m so upset and disappointed by the lack of a filter from this employee, and even more embarrassed that her attempt to correct the situation was to offer me a cookie. I honestly should have asked for my money back.

The food was good, but the service was really slow. First when I arrived ,there was no one behind the counter. After a few minutes the employee came from the back and helped a woman ahead of me. He was very slow, but made good sandwiches.

Making my sub and the man is judging me on what and how much stuff I put on it. Never in my life have I heard any response from a subway worker too! As I was putting my toppings on my sub he says “think you got enough”? And wow that’s a lot! “You want more?” Pretty sure it was the owner too, won’t be going back thanks.

Sub today was so good! Ingredients were all fresh and bread was made perfect! Still my favorite Subway in Lake Geneva. Worth driving past Dunkin Subway to go here if you want a good sub

Could they have made a worse sandwich? Four pieces of spinach, two slices of tomatoes three slices of pickle you can't even tell there's cheese on it. Five black olives three little pieces of green pepper. This is absolutely in 25 years the worst Subway sandwich I've ever seen. I ordered it on the app and picked up, completely ridiculous highly disappointed.

My sandwich was great, however, this really ruined the experience for me.There was a little girl (had to have been 3 or 4 years old) who was there because her parents were working. She was playing with a large soda cup in her mouth for like 5 minutes straight. Her mother finally caught her, and put the cup BACK on the stack of other cups. Somebody is going to get that cup that’s been drooled on and inside someone’s mouth. Mortifying!!
