I threw away the cheese quesadilla, but the bean burrito hasn't changed. I asked for very hot sauce and received no hot sauce even through it was on the receipt. Surely would have been tastier with hot sauce. In addition to messing up the order, the service was surprisingly slow, but they were friendly and polite.

Placed a late night order via the app, then made my way over to pick it up. Got a Large Nacho fries and received less than a regular size, the cheese cup barely had anything in it, my burritos were cold by the time I drove two minutes to my home. They also regularly forget additions I pay for. Would not give me a refund because I called in the morning after not wanting to go back at 2am (I still had my receipt). Absolutely awful all around and have lost my consistent business forever.

Chalupa shell is rock hard. Never seen that in 30+ years so that’s a new one. Should have been thrown out days ago. Service was absolutely awful. Rude, slow, said no words after trying to say hello and thank you. Will never be back, and I’m sure that’s exactly what your night crew wants. Good luck.

Chicken nuggets were good and the nacho chips were passable, however the beef burrito was absolutely disgusting and looked NOTHING like the image on the menu board. Will never visit again...truly dismal. Dining area was dirty and under the serving counter was old food and little ...I can say no more ..

I travel all over wisconsin and frequent different Taco Bells quite often. This location has the highest prices BY FAR. When ordering here stick to the nation wide promo menu and you will pay the prices set by corporate. The irony is i typically spend less here because of their price gouging. Stop being greedy.
