Stopped in on a friday evening. Not very crowded and two people working. Male staff was hustling around stocking or something. Female bartender served one person then chatted with a group while i waited at the bar. After 10 min a group of 3 or 4 women came in, obviously friendly with the bartender and she immediately served them so i left. I did have 3 friends meeting me so it was nice that i was able to see how terrible the service was going to be and we could go elsewhere.

It is very nice place. We didn't eat. Stopped to watch the football game as Michigan fans. They made it happen so we could watch the game and we're very friendly. Nice clean place. Highly recommend

I have been going out to the bars for almost 10 years and Thumbs Up has always been the best in Lake Geneva. Sophia behind the bar serves great (and strong) drinks! She can brighten anyone's day! Just a thumbs up? Nahhh this place is a two fister thumbs up!!!! Great bartenders, great conversations, great people. The regulars are the best. An if you have the gift to talk some bs.... Better watch out. Them girls at thumbs will leave you wanting to come back just to shoot the shit. Thumbs will forever have a place in my heart. Y'all, Don't miss the opportunity to meet the sweetest yet feistyest bar tenders around. Plus I hear one of them cute lil blondes make the BEST bloody in town. Try it an let me know people.
