Finally stopped in at Tuscan for lunch. The atmosphere was a bit old style, dark & moody, it would feel very cozy on a winter’s day but a felt a bit dark & moody for a bright sunny spring day.Service was fantastic tho, the hostess was lovely & accommodating, our server Matthew was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, had perfect timing- didn’t have to wonder where our waiter was but wasn’t lingering or rushing us either.The FOOD! Oh my gosh, the food was amazing! So flavorful & so much of it! Usually with this quality of food you get too small of portions, not here. Here you walk out (or roll out) fully satisfied and have left overs to take home. Extensive menu too so plenty of things to keep coming back to try.
Great Italian food in a lovely restaurant! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! We came on a Saturday with no reservation (not quite yet during season) and were welcomed in with only a very slight wait. We'll definitely return!

I have actually been coming to Tuscan for years and it was one of my favorite restaurants in the area, until tonight. April 10 2024. Actually came with a friend it was her first time and the experience was horrible. We asked for a boat which we were told there was a wait we had no issue with that, but after a 20-minute wait the hostess comes to the bar and actually walks up to a couple that showed up several minutes after us to ask them to sit first. They were still waiting on drinks at the bar so she asked us if we were ready to sit. Not only did we request a booth, but ended up getting satat one of the most inconvenient tables in the restaurant. Right by a bus station and right by a doorway that lead to the next dinning area. Then after sitting about ten minutes with no service we noticed the couple who came in after us already had bread water and obviously service. We walked out after the server made eyes contact and still didnt approach our table. We definitely felt disrespected and I will never come to your establishment again

The table next to us had a server called Rick who brought a birthday treat to them and said he did not want to bring a group to sing happy Birthday to them. when he left I quietly sand happy birthday and asked about the birthday person. They were very happy to chat with us. Later, Rick stopped by our table to say " thanks for embarrassing my table" when the people left, they thanked us for singing to them and said have a nice dinner and night. How rude was Rick!!!

Arrived at reservation time and seated immediately........Off to a good start. Ordered 2 Chopino Dinners and Tuscan Chicken Pasta Dinner. The Chopino was very good and a hearty. The Tuscan Chicken Pasta was delicious and hearty. No problem with anything other than the lack of bread w/oil and cheese. Service was also very good. This place is an unsung winner among many up here in Lake Geneva. We'll be back.
Vodka sauce pasta was top notch. Excellent service, tasty food for normal price. We ordered a kids pizza that was $8 and good enough for an adult. If you’re in Lake Geneva then you must try their food.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal are a good portion size.

Super surprised at pretty much everything. Service was nice. Atmosphere was very cool. The cook even made custom chips (for a picky eater in our group)! Lastly the pricing was very reasonable. Drove by this place for years thinking it was beyond our means, wow was I wrong. Would highly recommend.

Update:3/28/24Was there tonight and it was phenomenal. Food seasoned and cooked perfection. My son enjoyed his pork chop he took another one to go and I enjoyed my New York steak. Server was courteous and polite. This is our go to place for dinner when we are here.We have been here quite few times and haven’t updated so it was long over2022:Great server Luis is amazing and great food. What more can you ask for. Very accommodating to my son and his special needs. Definitely returning

Tuscan is as good as any Italian restaurant I've been to anywhere in the world...and those who read my reviews know I LOVE Italian restaurants. I'm Italian..duh. Everything was cooked to perfection. Great Old Fashioned and Malbec and Rafael was a FANTASTIC server. ( raise needed ?). Looking forward to my next meal here.

We stopped in for dinner. We both had the Italian Walleye. It was delicious. Our server was Josue who was knowledgeable and exceptional. Will visit again when we come back to town.we loved the comfort of the restaurant as well..
