I have never been treated so poorly by an individual. The one girl working there was no one to be found as we were making our ice cream with our three young kids. As we made ice cream she rolled her eyes at us and As we were trying to pay she yelled us “you need to watch your kids! They made a huge mess and you are pissing me off!!” And storm into the back room. As we ate our ice cream she left and stayed in the back room the entire time we were there. As we were eating she continued to turn the lights on and off telling us she was closing early (it was 845) door clearly stated closing at 10pm on saturdays but she basically told us to leave because she was closing at 9pm now. She continued to be rude and on her phone the entire time. We were having a wonderful
Night until we entered this establishment. If you have young child do not go here. You will be yelled at.

12/28/24 We came in at 9:24pm on Saturday night. We checked the website, google, and the door for the hours. It is supposed to be open until 10pm. We opened the door and the worker yelled “we’re Fing closed”, then we asked politely “Are you open? The door says 10pm”. She came around the corner from the back and yelled “Are the lights on? Does it look like we’re open?”. She was extremely rude and gave us the dirtiest looks in the universe. We were looking forward to our FroYo and she ruined our impression of the place. Yikes xx

Your single employee hides in the backroom and waits till there is a huge line to come out and run the register. She was extremely rude to our large group of people all buying cups. I understand we had a large group but we spent $200 on cups of your frozen yogurt. Our children made a little bit of a mess of toppings that we were cleaning up as this employee loudly exclaimed to the whole room "You need to watch your kids, you are making me mad and are pissing me off. I'm going to have to clean up this mess now". Mind you it was a few toppings on the floor that we were actively cleaning up.

Sorry we came in and bothered her as she literally sits in the backroom on her cell phone ignoring the customers until there is a giant traffic jam at the register.

Now the employee is closing the store at 8:45pm and kicking out our group and two others when the Google and the front door say its open till 10pm.

Beyond rude and pathetic customer service experience.

I went in tonight after driving home passing, Baskin Robins, Culver’s, McDonald’s to support a local business and when I arrived at 8:40PM the door was locked. Upon looking at hours online and on the door I saw they closed tonight at 9PM. I called the store and a person answered the phone stating they closed early due to “shortage of staff” I have been here many times and have only ever seen one person there. I believe the issue was they didn’t want to work anymore? Next time I may not pass the places listed above. Are you in business to have business? Now to rate food as 1 star… well it’s always a 5 but I didn’t get any tonight. Disappointed!- owner responded but there was someone still in there walking around. She was on her phone

Cute little spot right in DT Lake Geneva. Great selection of flavors and toppings. Price is on-point. Self serve.

They offer a few tables to sit and enjoy inside or there’s a few benches right outside. Will definitely be back and totally recommend.

Parking: The complex it’s located in, has a parking lot. You can park there for as long as you’re a patron of that complex.

Kid-friendliness: It’s Fro-Yo! Of course it’s KID FRIENDLY!

I have the most easy to please husband and even he said the customer service here was nonexistent. We walked in and no one was there. We had to follow some stickers and paper on the wall. We were getting ready to check out and I had to say hello out loud to see if anyone was even working. Someone walks around the corner glares at us and waits for us to put our yogurt on the counter before just stating our total 1258. Then she finally uttered her first words besides our total to us, have a good night. The only customer service we got was leaving. Absolutely horrible. Too bad the place is clean and the yogurt is great.They even had mini sample cups you could fill yourself.

We love this place but they always are out of the sugar free option. Really wish they would always be stocked, it's such a disappointment driving all the way there and they're out of flavors.

Great quality frozen yogurt, not too expensive at all for what it is. Service is okay at best most of the time. My favourite place to go for a frozen treat.
