best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a culver’s let alone any fast food restaurant, cyann was so fantastic and had a big smile on her face when we walked in the door, i asked if she was really that happy to work here and she said “everyday!” also noteworthy, hospitality all around is great!
Food was cold. Ordered thru drive thru, drove home 1 mile to eat. My fish sandwich wasn't even luke warm and the coating on the fish was soggy. Very disappointed.

I think this is one of the best Culvers. It's clean, consistent, and makes great concrete mixers! I typically go through the drive thru which my dog prefers so she can get a treat too. Although it gets busy during rush hours, they seem to staff well. Everyone is friendly and working hard to get orders out. My go to order is always ice cream, today I went with the flavor of the day, mint avalanche. Delicious! The drive through line can get a little tight but they have a good sized parking lot. They also have great outdoor seating options in the summer. I definitely recommend their cheese curds as well!

Went through the drive-thru on our way to Milwaukee. We were the only car in the drive-thru when we ordered. We ordered a sourdough melt, and I ordered a cod sandwich basket. My husband’s sandwich had no burger and my cod sandwich was a pc of cod and a bun, no tartar or anything. We were already on the interstate and on way to a concert or we would have turned around. So disappointing, will not stop back at this location.

The fresh burgers are worth the wait. I substituted fries for cheese curds and they did not disappoint! We don't have fast food even remotely similar to this on the east coast so this was a pleasant surprise. Salty food - but man did it hit the spot!
Consistently good food and service. So many places are stingy with custard toppings and mix-ins, but this place actually puts enough candy in their concrete mixers. Curds are always fantastic here.

I love the salads but last night my Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad was pretty much lettuce. Missing chicken, bacon and Bleu cheese. Didn't realize until I got home that it had 1/2 the portions as usual.

Ordered our food (2 sandwiches and 1 order of fries). Waited for 20 minutes and still no food. I asked how much longer and was told 8-10 minutes. Decided to get a refund as we had someplace we needed to be. 20-30 minute wait for fast food is unacceptable. Staff is young and standing around, chatting, one girl yelling at another one. Shift manager was working hard, but I would expect more from my staff.
