For what you charge for a sub it should be made correctly. Every time I order things are on the sub that are requested to be taken off. I thought it was a online issue but happens in person.

Does anyone at this location actually read the orders at this location!? I usually order for delivery to my office once in a while and they forget mayo packets 8 out of 10 times. It got so bad that instead of my name, I typed BRING MAYO PACKETS. I also have it requested five other times thru my order. On every receipt it is listed 6 times...yet no mayo packets. After lodging complaints with JJs directly several times, the owner of the store emailed me and very sarcastically asked me for my address so he could mail me the mayo packets. Unbelievably rude response and I will never order from this location again.

Ordered a couple of subs on 12-8-24. My wife Discovered a hair in one of them, only after taking a bite and having to pull it out of her mouth. Have left feedback and no one has reached out. Good luck with this location.

There’s always issues at this location, but today it was a huge long hair in the sub. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

How about employees at least fake being friendly... don't just stare and wait for the order. I understand that getting good help is difficult but come on, if you don't want to work with customers or maybe anyone for that matter find a data entry job. Seriously the staff makes you feel sooooo unwanted and that your business is bothering them.

So done ordering from this location. Today was the 3rd time I received my order and it was incorrect. I have tried reaching out to them each time and get no response. Such a shame because I like jimmy johns subs but this location just doesn't seem to be able to get it together.

it’s alright most of the time. but i’ve had many times when delivered where they forget straws or chips. also it seems that diet coke and regular coke are mixed up 50% of the time. very annoying.

The worst customer service. I called to tell them the order I received was wrong. The excuse was that they were busy and other people are wanting their food. The person on the phone told me "F... You" and proceeded to yell. I asked for a supervisor, but they hung up. Do not waste your time with this place. Poorly run and employees with no professionalism.
