You guys should at least pretend to be friendly. Spectacles gal took our order and literally stared out the window off into outerspace. No response to my tip or my thank you. I Felt very unwelcome. Do better or get a new job if you don't like it. At least fake a smile to the customer... 2 stars

Very Poor Customer Service. Will not ever return here. Will also recommend no one else either. Parked in handicap parking stall as I am a disabled connected veteran. Walked in and was asked to move because I parked in a handicap stall. I said I wasn't going to. Then was told they would not take my order due to me refusing to move as I am a disabled vet and I didn't have a sticker or plates for handicap. Even asked if I showed my letter of disability and still said will not serve me, then had the audacity to ask if I am disabled how come I don't have my plates. Since when in customer service is this ok.

Being turned away because they are too busy is simply unfathomable. I can't imagine the ownership being aware and ok with this, I stopped coming here because of it, my autistic son wanted jimmy johns today so i figured we would give it another try, again the guys yells out, were not taking any more orders, with a restaurant FULL of people. I don't understand it let alone trying to explain it to my autistic son, won't be returning to this Jimmy Johns.

Worst Jimmy Johns I've ever been to. They are often "out of french bread". Today they didn't have any even though it was on the cooling racks. They had to wait for it to cool off so you couldn't order a regular sandwich. Only in Lake Mills........

If Jimmy John's is supposed to be freaky fast why would there be a 30-minute wait? Apparently a catering order had come through however you can't just stop prep for everyone coming in that wants a sandwich.
