I ordered 2 adult meals and a Happy Meal through the drive thru. They did not give us the happy meal so I had to go in and get it. Once we were back on the highway we started handing out the food and realized that they also didn't give us any sauce (and everyone got nuggets). Finally, my daughters drink had something floating in it. Not sure what it is, but it looks like a piece of grass. The food itself was good, but the poor service ruined the whole meal.

We will NEVER return to this McDonald! The men bathroom smelled like the bathroom had not been clean in months. The ? nit slates and very, very small!! The sandwiches did not show any care, just SLAPPED together!!!!

If you are melinated person.... Be very careful with this location on applying for a job here. That's right... Mcdonalds does not pay it's melinated employees equal or even fair to its Caucasian employees. They have a sign outside saying starting wage of Shift lead is $16.25. I have 10 years experience as Assitant Manager of a Multi billion company. I moved to this state a month ago but this state doesnt have the company i previous worked for. I Actually have my certificate to prove. Mcdonalds sent an offer letter of $13.25 an hour which is the crew rate. They at first wanted to present this pay with the title of Crew. Then they came back with an offer of Shift Manager with this crew pay. I am not Caucasian. My nationality is ??. I speak good English. The utter shock that racism can still be going on in America is beyond me. People with great high credentials, value guest and go above and beyond are not needed anymore at corporations. What they want are the ones that are tweaked out,rude, no patiences to do food right, no values and will work for low pay. Good luck.

What is the point of an online order when I have to sit and wait for it? Shouldn’t it be ready when I come to pick it up?? Its NEVER ready. The customer service sucks here as well. They aren’t happy to be working and they look miserable.

ok now.... i got 2 fish sandwiches and i asked for tartar sauce and was told i had to pay for it????????? what so if i bought fries i would have to buy ketchup ????? ok well i will not come back.. yes just for that!!! yall need to get your act together... not ok to charge for something that goes with the fish!!! just like ketchup on fries do....... $4.14 per fish.....

Extremely slow service always filthy hopefully cleanliness will improve with remodel being doneUpdate Feb 4,2024- Still an awful place Recently went and ordered 4 big macs and fries got home to 4 quarter pounders I called to complain and was told by manager that he would make it right with a coupon for the 4 big macs and fries Just next time I stop to tell them I have a coupon on the managers desk We stopped today and was told they didn't have a coupon for me and couldn't do anything about it, so gave me coupon for a drink OMG not even close to equivalent of original order Avoid this McDonald's you will only have regrets for the horrible service and ridiculous prices

I went through the drive-through on my way home from work and stopped by for breakfast. The lady was very nice and friendly with a big smile, wishing me a great day and giving me my #9 it was fresh and hot. Great job.
Whoever is making burgers here need to read the slips that print off next to them. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with NO pickle. I get allergic reactions to cucumbers and what did they do? They put 6 pickle slices on my burger. Absolutely unacceptable. Beware going to this location.

We used the App to order our food. We did not receive all the food in our order. There is not a way for us to get refunded through the app for missing food. We are required to call the restaurant which I did since this is the 3rd time in the last 3 months that we have not been given our entire order when using the app and we are tired of paying for food that we do not get. I talked to an employee there who told me there is not a way for them to refund through the app but he did confirm that our missing sandwich was still sitting there. He advised I could drive back and get it if I wanted. Why would we want to let the rest of food get cold and our shakes to melt to go back to pick up something we should have been given in the first place? He then advised he would send me coupons for a couple of free meals for the inconvenience. I provided my name and address and he told me he would put them in the mail the next day. Of course we never received anything in the mail so yet again McDonald's stole from us because bottom line that is what it is...stealing. McDonald's needs to better as a company at making sure the individual stores have the ability to refund an order placed with the app. I understand that the employees are under time constraints to make sure customers receive their food as fast as possible and sometimes mistakes can happen but that is not an excuse for us to receive a refund.
