Pizza Pit - Lake Mills

Went to use the attached dog wash. We had some problems with the machine taking money, and when we went inside for assistance, the service was sub-par. The owner and his wife were standoffish, sarcastic and unhelpful. To put it bluntly- bitchy. The pizza is bad and the service even more so. I would not recommend spending time or money at this establishment.

Waited an hour 20 minutes to have the store call and say your pizza is ready after selecting delivery!

Wings are awesome

Delivery driver dropped off food and my daughter has never had delivery before she didn’t know what to do for a tip so I was going to call the store and add a tip and the delivery driver was rude to her. Not good customer service!

Was done driving for the day, decided to try out this place. The 5pc fish dinner is great! The cashier also let me stay in to eat after they closed so I can take my break from the truck. Sometimes us truckers get special perks out here :) thanks!

Good luck finding a larger pizza anywhere!

Pizza pit is one of our favorite pizza places in the area. The thin crust pizza is so good and they definitely don't skimp on the toppings! The wings are amazing along with the garlic bread and gyros. Their cookies are tasty too! Every time we've ordered delivery, the delivery person was always prompt and friendly, and when we have dined inside, the staff has always been friendly as well. I look forward to trying even more items off the menu in the future!

Pizza Pit is one of the staple pizza places in Ames, Iowa where I went to college. Once I learned that there was a location almost perfectly in the middle of where my mom and I live (my mom in Madison, and I in Waukesha) I was super excited for us to meet in the middle for dinner sometime!

Based on some of the reviews we were a little nervous, but still wanted to give the place a try. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! The restaurant was very clean and very well upkept. The atmosphere reminded me a ton of the Pizza Pit that I knew in college.

We ordered a large deluxe pizza and a couple of sodas. The pizza took about 20ish minutes to come to the table. We absolutely loved it! Tasted exactly like the pizza I used to have in college!

The entire time we were there the phones were ringing off the hook and there was a constant stream of delivery drivers coming, grabbing pizzas, and running out again.

All in all, my mom and I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to be back!

Usually my pizza is great.but I ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza for delivery and it was barely warm and looked like it had been sitting awhile then heated again and delivered to me.i will no be ordering from pizza hut in lake.mills again.the pizza looked and tasted very dry and way to done.Hopefully they make it right if they do I'll take this review down

Had 1 slices and a coke for 8 bucks, feels like I'm home in NY, great Pizza and service.

Hello posting here so this dosent happen to anyone else!!!
We have been paying customers to this establishment for YEARS ON YEARS & this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to us.
We placed an order with Pizza pit in lake mills a few hours ago, the payment came out of our bank account && we never recieved a confirmation email like we usually do, when contacted pizza pit we were told there was nothing that could be done until the manager came in around 4:30pm & that they would then contact us, come 4:30pm we then reached back out & was able to talk to the manager to only be told that there was nothing they could do for us because according to them they did not recieve the order. $40.00 down the drain & no Pizza/Chicken delivered that was ordered!!! On top of all that we were told to never call there again!! So sad, we won’t be going back!! Now to figure out dinner AGAIN!!!
