I've had a few bad experiences here. At the most recent visit we tried to order 2 subs online. When we got there to pick it up (5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready) it wasn't ready yet because they had put the meatballs away for the night (3+ hours before they closed?!) After a few minutes of waiting we just asked them to cancel the order (since they didn't even start the non-meatball sub yet). They tried not to refund us 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready! We finally got it after some pushback, but after a long day, the last thing you want to do is wait 15 minutes for subway.

Definitely not “eat fresh”. My bread was crumbly and dry. At least day old (or more.) Worst bread at a sub shop I’ve had. Sandwich maker was chatty.
