A nice quaint restaurant. Glad to see their return after their efforts to remodel. Nice Job!!! The food quality has not changed nor did it ever need to. Excellent value at reasonable prices. Stop in on your next trip and you will not be disappointed!!

This is the best fish fry period! Everything and I mean everything is homemade, the tartar, the Cole slaw, the beans, the potato salad..Nothing is out of the container of Sisco! If it had a different atmosphere, you'd never be able to get in here....it's a smaller cafe, with alcoholic drinks, but not a big bar atmosphere ..I'd prefer the quality of food rather than a supper club setting....food is OUTSTANDING!

Slow kitchen and very slow waitress who copped a bit of an attitude when we politely asked for our check after waiting for it for over 20 minutes. The restaurant was only half full so "really busy" was not the reason.

Used to love Village Cafe. Been a customer for 10+ years. The past few times since they reopened, we have waited 45 minutes - hour for our food. The food is phenomenal, but wasting an hour of a beautiful day waiting for food is ridiculous. After asking about our food, the cooks came out SCREAMING at us. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. Do not recommend coming here.Parking: Limited spots for parking.

Different breading to choose from, Cajun, lemon pepper, traditional...the place is immaculate...server was wiping down menus when I arrived...really clean..and fair prices...love this place ...outstanding fish fry...also had a dessert...homemade!!!!!
