I placed an order online. When I gave the TWO girls on the drive thru speaker my assigned number, I got no response. When I said “Hello?”, I was met with, “We heard you!”. Well, unless you respond to the customer, they don’t necessarily know you heard them. Then I was told, “We’ll get started making that.” The whole point of online ordering is to lessen the wait for your order. On my way to an appointment in Madison, and my order not getting started until I arrived, I went inside to get the order from the person bringing it out. A girl came out of the kitchen with 2 bags. I asked if one of them was QJ27. She said that is a drive thru order. Which didn’t answer my question. She took the 2 bags out. When she came back in, THEN she decided maybe more information would help! I was again asked about my order. I repeated the number at which point she cut me off and said, “NO. WHAT was in the order!?” I told her if she would let me finish, I was trying to tell her that. Your employee was combative and RUDE! Telling me THAT number is not ON the bag; my name is on the bag, at which point she should have simply asked what my name was! I don’t work at McDonald’s, I supplied the ONLY information given to me by your online app. The only reason I didn’t press the issue when she first came out with the 2 bags was because she wasn’t carrying any coffee, which I ordered AND paid for, but DID NOT GET! I will not only stop going to your location myself, I’ll dissuade ANYONE who will listen not to waste their time AND precious money at your establishment; unless they’re looking for a little abuse!

I don't go there often but when I do the highlight of my visit there is just seeing what they randomly decide to throw in my bag. It cracks me up. That's the only reason why they even deserve a single star. On top of that the employees seem high strung looking for reasons to get upset with customers. Not a comfortable atmosphere.

I go here often and very rarely is there ever a mess up on my order. When there is, the staff correct the error and swiftly - which again, is very rarely. People make mistakes, machines can malfunction, etc… People tend to only leave bad reviews on places vs the 100 times they’ve gone through error free. This location does not get the praise it deserves, so here I am, I go there multiple times a week. The staff are super friendly, especially Justin. Next to the quality of food is the staff and they truly make the place welcoming. I’ve heard them interact with the regular elderly people in the morning and the smile and conversation that they get in return is heartwarming. They dress up for the Holidays and they have honestly made my day more times than I can count. Now, on the other hand, I have seen customers be absolutely rude to the employees while in the drive thru. Treat others how you want to be treated. This place is great and I hope more POSITIVE reviews will come through for them.

The only reason we still go to this mcdonalds is because we don't wanna drive to platteville when we need a quick dinner.

Everytime we order burgers they are put together like the picture above making it extremely hard to eat without having to first rebuild the burger.

October 28th 10 minutes before close about... Regular cheeseburger, medium fry, and coke.

Fries were flacid and had to throw out. If a normal Mcdonald fry dumped into a bowl of cooking oil then put on a place then put it in microwave for 10 seconds what these mushy stale fries tasted like.

I want my money back for the fries. They should've just closed up an hour early rather than distribute these. I had to throw them out.

The drink tasted the best from the fountain and cheeseburger held up well enough. Had to do 1 star cause of fries or no one listen.

Edit: I went back to the place oct.29th at between 4 and 5 pm. Fries were better (still bit stale) but Big Mac was drenched with sauce so much so I had to take it apart. It's not the worst McDonald's location but probably best go elsewhere. They have you pull ahead often at the drive through here to wait so the quality should be better.
