Sleep Inn & Suites - Lancaster, WI

Our room was super nice and clean. I slept better on their beds than I have in any hotel in the last 5 years. The pool was nice, and the continental breakfast was above average as well. We didn't get to use the outdoor fire pit/patio because it was busy, but it was an awesome amenity to have. We will stay again next time we are visiting family.

Beautiful hotel, only 4 years old. Very nice rooms,lobby, pool, good free breakfast. But our problem was with the reservations. My husband booked for one night at first. Then we decided to go a day early and stay overnight for 2 days. When he tried to make reservations for a second night. He was given a different reservation number. Then when he asked why they couldn't just cancel the first one and make a new reservation for 2 days. He was told to call and number. Which he did. But the guy he spoke to couldn't really help him. So the day we checked in we were told that we only had one reservation. The other one was canceled. So the person on duty made another reservation again. He gave us keys and we went up to our room. Only to find out they wouldn't open the door. Had to go back down to have him fix it so they would work. Also he told us that the next day we had to come down at 11 am for check out because our keys wouldn't work. Because he would have to readjust them. Never had any problems at any other hotel. Maybe they need to train certain employees a little better. Thanks for listening.

I went to check, and wasn’t greeted with a friendly smile or any semblance of hospitality. The front desk personality was cold at best. They were horrendous. I wasn’t told about the breakfast in the morning or any of the amenities at the hotel. They were unfriendly and didn’t know how to do their job I would never book a 3rd party with this hotel. The front desk Hayes took my credit card for incidentals and then when I came down to get a soda was told that I didn’t have the ability to purchase anything at the hotel because I booked third-party after they took my credit card and placed a hold on funds for incidentals. Frankly, I blame the manager for not training their employees correctly. This hotel is obviously poorly run and I would stay elsewhere.

We had the best time at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! On the main road but with a golf course in the back. The breakfast was typical but fresh and well tended. The staff were friendly and ALL went out of their way to be helpful! We travel a lot and I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel! Staff went out of their way to check us in early. We were there with extended family to celebrate Christmas. Indoor hot tub was wonderful but pool was a little cool for me (kids loved it though)

Nice comfortable beds. Pillows could be a little more firm. Loved the shower and the provided shampoo and conditioner. Location is close to our destination but not too far away that we have to travel long to get where we are going.
