“We got lucky stopping here for lunch! The warm, rustic ambience and the friendly welcoming we received was a nice reprieve from driving! For starters we ordered cheese curds - a Wisconsin must. And we were NOT disappointed! They were served piping hot with a light breading and ranch dressing. Our main was the day’s special, French Dip. It, too, was delicious. the beef was piled high and tender served on a sub roll with plenty of au jus. We were able to split it and have a full meal each. The bathrooms were immaculate. The Grill has a full bar with rotating draft specials, appetizers, sandwiches, pizza and main entrees all reasonably priced. We left to friendly goodbyes, satisfied stomachs and “please stop by again”. When in the area we will definitely be back.“

“This is a beautiful place, with lots of space. I do wish however they’d make old fashioned’s muddled instead of with a mix. My significant other and I primarily drink old fashioned’s. We live in WISCONSIN we’re known for old fashioned’s!!!! That along with slow service- even for drinks won’t make this our first stop or even our second.“

“Been to Spectators a number of times and always received great food and great service, until tonight. Stopped in for a bite to eat and sat at the bar. We ordered a a couple of beers and then a burger with fries and a sandwich. When the food came out, the fries weren’t with the burger. I was told, “The fries will be out in a few minutes.” I finished the burger in the usual time it would take to eat one and still…No fries. I waited, and it wasn’t until about 8 minutes later that the fries finally came out. No apology. I refused the fries because I was done with my eating. What’s the point? Bartender shrugged and gave the fries to what seemed to be some of her friends across the bar. When the bill came, there was no discount for the error. When I asked about being charged full price when the fries came out well after I was done with my burger, I was told, “Well, I brought them out.” Given the attitude, arguing further was a waste of time. Very disappointed with the attitude and the lack of apology for the uneven service times. Might be back, but not anytime soon. Still recommended for the quality of the food and most service received, but if this was my first time there, I’d never go back.“

“i normally have a horrible time trying to find fast food places i like, but not only were the employees (especially one) but the food incredible. The employee Aiden Nawrot was someone that stood out to me. Working at such a young age really takes some gut; and this kid has it! The way he approached his job with kindness and compassion really made my Tom’s experience memorable. I will never forget your love for making ice cream for as long as i live. You really showed the rest of the employees what it takes to have grit. Thanks for all you do Aiden! ❤️“

“I had a good experience here a few days ago. The shift manager was very nice and gave us a deal on rootbeer floats. Food was good and price was very reasonable for quality. The dining area had a cozy and comfortable vibe to it. I would go to this location again. ?“

“Biked the kids to get 99c cones and the lobby was closed due to low staffing… I thought we’d try to walk thru the drive-thru so I didn’t let the kids down with no ice cream and as we walked towards the drive thru line, an employee came and told us she’d help us on their front patio!… she took our cone order, delivered them out to us, didn’t charge us and gave us coupons to return for more cones another day! 🍦 She was so sweet when she had reason enough to be stressed with a full drive thru line at the lunch hour, low staff and people trying to dine in for the brief moment she came out to help us. Amazing customer service and kindness! ❤️“
