We stopped here on our way through out of the blue. The bartender was super friendly as were the locals. We had a baby with us so we are not always well received. The food was fantastic, I would drive back just for the food. Cheese curds, Burgers and Fries were all AMAZING. We will be back just for the yummy cheese curds.

The service is the best part. The bartender joked with us even though we weren't regulars. Looks a bit cleaned up compared to a few years ago when it was kind of dirty. Clientele is heavily local.

They make great old fashions!!!!!! we are on snowmobiles all weekend 4 out of 5 places full suck at old fashions this place nailed it.

Do not go here for a Friday night fish fry. The walleye looked like fish sticks and I could not eat them . As I was sitting there people were telling me that I should not have ordered the fish because they are not good at this place. Bartender and rest of staff were very nice but the fish were awful. I heard the pizza there is good but yet to try.
