Woodfire pizza night is the best. I drive 45 mins to have the best gin and tonic and pizza with local ingredients! A must try!

Good burgers and once a month or so open mic. You never know who will show up for open mic. We’ve found the musicians to be very good and sometimes exceptionally good. Occasionally a pro will show.

Great food! A gem in the Driftless. Burgers are the best around. The pizzas on wood-fired pizza night are not only as good as anyplace including Naples and Chicago, but they really create some unique flavors. Have a decent wine selection too. Always some good local microbrews in the fridge. Highly recommend!

Came to try their pizza, it was ok, not a top 10 pizza in our book. It was also kind of difficult to get a drink after the first one, we had to ask the bartender each time for another, neither one ever asked us. Burger a guy near us looked very good though. May come back to try that but won't get the pizza again.

Fish tacos and Mojitos--YUM!!! The tacos were AMAZING! And the Mojitos may be my new go to drink! Great date night, per the usual! Thanks Branding Iron. The decor and bar interior itself is very dated and I am not a fan of the disposable dishes. Reads low end and kind of tacky. But the food makes up for it!

Staff and food are amazing! Can’t go wrong with anything you order. Definitely have to try the “extra large cheese curds”!!! Wood fire pizza is fantastic. Standard small town bar vibes, where everyone knows your name! Keep up the amazing work, Lisa & crew!!

Jalepeno poppers were delicious, however we both ordered burgers medium rare, but received them well done. Also a half order of fries for $3 seems pretty steep. Friendly waitress but very new and could use some better training.

My husband and I stopped through while we were staying at a cabin in the area for our 10 year anniversary. This was our first night there and man did we pick a great spot. We both had the Branding Iron burger. It was huge but it was so good I had to finish every bite! Easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. You can instantly taste the difference in the high quality farm to fork beef. The curds and sweet potato fries were also top notch. If you're in the area you must stop in.

Maybe the best burger I've ever tasted. Nothing fancy about the curds, but very good, melt-in-your-mouth.

Never checked if we needed anything else overcharged us 3 drinks. Not going back. Go somewhere else. You'll be happier.
