The food tastes good and I normally try to give food service places the benefit of the doubt. Here’s where I have a problem, my wife is pregnant and the meat is under cooked. Not the first person to state this, and there’s no denying it. It’s not done and neither of us felt safe eating under cooked chicken from this establishment.There is no reason for chicken to be pinkish and smell raw. The 1/8” thick beef was medium rare which is honestly impressive because it’s so thin, but it’s not what you’d expect in Chinese food nor is it acceptable for pregnant people.I will say the crab rangoons were great! But learn how to cook meat to temperature or just stop serving it before you seriously endanger someone’s health.
I have been going there since I was in highschool, now live in Appleton and still drive to little chute because the food is good and the service is great.
