I had such high hopes for this place as it is so close to my home. Started out amazing. The French onion soup was in point! Then I got a warm bloody Mary made from off the shelf tomato juice and vodka.... nothing else. Vodka wasn't even mixed in. Twice baked potato was next. A bland mix of mashed potatoes and bacon in an aluminum tin. Was maybe ¼ cup. Next was a 32.00 steak. It was ok..i asked for medium rare and got rare. All in all... it was mediocre. For the price I paid, I would not come back.

We stopped in for lunch with our niece, nephew and their two year old doughter. Everything was wonderful. Quick service, delish food and drinks. The owners came out to talk to us and to all of the tables! Great to see owners so involved in their guest experience! They are new to the supper club scene and they say they are learning more every day. We will be back with family and friends. I can't wait to see what they will do as they grow in this business! Give this place a try, you won't regret it.

I hope this new ownership can get their crap together before they have to end up closing their doors. So disappointed, you had a party of 37 people tonight, and we have all talked amongst ourselves that we will definitely not be back. The steak pictured was supposed to be medium, this is definitely not medium. All of the steaks our party of 37 have gotten looked like this. Very rubbery hard to chew. I paid $35 dollars for this….

We had A reservation for 6:30 PM, arrived 45 minutes early. We were seated at 6:30 but didn’t receive entrées for a good half hour after. We’re offered no menus. Three of us got our soup. Got a half hour later the fourth person got his soup. Waited another hour and a half before we got our meals. Service was horrible. We will never be back. Our family used to go here all the time for the past 30 years. Very disappointing. We will never be back

Wow! What a horrible experience! We have been to the Heiting Place many times, & didn't realize it was under new ownership. We were seated at 5:40 for out 5:30 reservation. It took 25 minutes to get our salads. During the hour and a half we spent at our table, we were never offered drinks. We gave up on ever getting our food, and left without eating after waiting 1.5 hours for our food. The restaurant wasn't overly busy- half of the tables were empty. Nearby diners were experiencing the same lack of service and long wait for their food. We won't return.

We went here regularly about 5-6 years ago and haven’t been back due to logistics.
Four of us went there last night and it was horrible. Nonchalant hostess made us wait in a hallway and we finally had to ask when we would be seated. The menu is NOT supper club food. Mostly sandwiches. We got gyros and three that did had what we eventually called “ onion gyros “. No meat, soggy bread. The fourth person had chicken, mediocre. Our drinks were watery and slightly acrid. We wanted, despite all this, ice cream drinks. They were out. Out of Spotted cow. Bartender didn’t seem to care.
We will never go back. Very disappointed in what was once a REAL supper club.
*I see the owner responds to negative reviews and makes excuses for any critique.
My suggestion: apologize, offer cocktail coupons, comp meals if you get complaints or bust your butt fixing these things. And get new bartenders.

Out of so many food items and beverage choices were slim. Only 2 potato options. New owners must have new cook because totally no flavor to the steaks. Ordered medium came out purplish red so rarer than rare. Sent back came back hockey puck. Very nice and courteous waitress and we felt bad because she was just the messenger but they really need to get a better cook and get in touch with their vendors or the business will leave and never return. It was always delicious with prior ownership. The business can do a turnaround if they get a good chef who knows how to cook and make sure they have food items available. Menu prices posted were not what we were charged. Menus handed out show almost $2 lower so need to fix to avoid false advertising charges. May return but will wait to see if they turn things around.
Tried for the first time. Couple in front of us got served before us, I made a mention to our server then all of a sudden our food got served right away my steak was overcooked, my girlfriend's haddock was overdone and the worst part was my son had perch that wasn't even cooked! Worst experience I've ever had a at supper club! Disclaimer, the waitress that was serving other tables was excellent and she helped us, our waitress was too busy playing on her phone
Best tenderloin I've had in a while. Reasonable also. Was a bit warm in the dining room but doors were open for air flow
Just went here with my whole family. They accommodated our big group really well. They had excellent food, I got the Sunday chicken dinner and left a very happy customer. Love the center area with the opening and mini waterfall.

Great food and service.
Was not busy at all. When our food came to the table the steaks were over cooked and charred and everything was cold. Will not be going back.
We waited for nearly two hours, even though there were plenty of empty tables. What’s going on? Definitely not coming back.
If the had liver paste it would be a 5 star across the board.
