Ordered to go at 4:40, was told to pick it up at 6:15 which already felt like a long wait. Arrived at 6:15 and the food was not ready until after 6:45. It was simple pizzas and wings. I had even called to confirm that it would be ready at 6:15 and was told it would be ready. No communication while waiting that it was going to be a while.

Had 15 in our group and I was paying special attention to the food comments. All the comments were that the food was excellent. I had the tenderloin sandwich which was one of the best I've ever had. Several people had the fish and like I said all comments were positive. Prices were normal, service excellent. No complaints from our group.

The food is great, the service is very poor. One night the waitress forgot to put our order in after waiting 1 1/2 hrs for our food.
Terrible service.After 30 min.waitress came to the 3 of us,asking how everything was.We only had our drinks,no food.After another 30 min,we were told one minute,food was being put on the platters for us.Waited 5 more min.,left and went to Culvers

Ive only managed to stop here a couple times, but I left happy evey time. The bartenders always wear a smile, and they craft your drink perfectly to your liking. The sever i had November was quite friendly and although she said she was new, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. And honestly I havent found a Rachel sandwich as good as here. The only thing this place is missing is a dart board.

The restaurant is maybe 10% full on Sunday at noon. Came for fried chicken. Ordered coffee; it hadn’t been brewed. Ordered 2 piece fried chicken, Sunday special. 20 minutes later it arrived, super hot and tasty with room temp mashed potatoes. Something was off in the kitchen for sure.
