Had an app order for breakfast and entered drive through at 10:20 with two cars in front of me. I checked in on my app and waited for the two cars in front of me. The car directly in front of me decided to wait until 10:30 for the lunch menu. Once it was my turn, they said my order was canceled because breakfast was over and will get a refund in 2-3 days.

This is my nearest McDonald’s so I stop often and somehow they mess up my order 90% of the time. When you complain to the manager, you get offered coupons. Missing items, wrong items, even when it’s not busy.

Food was good as always here. Line was long which took around 15ish mins just to order. Got to the window to pay and they just stared at me and didn’t talk. It was a younger lady with her nails done and she rolled her eyes when she gave me my card back. I was smiling and nice and she had someone peeking over her shoulder at me laughing.

They constantly forget part of my order. I have gone multiple times and I have given them many chances but they constantly forget something and I have pointed it out the last 2 times. But they continue to mess up my order. I suggest going to Ballard McDonald's.

If you love to eat ice cold cardboard fries and a cheeseburger that is made with a bun that is compressed foam that was also is ice cold and is tasteless? Then this is the place for your next meal! Just horrible food that was obviously hours beforewe arrived and was delivered to our table while we were filling our sodas. Each combo was $8 or more, including a Happy. You can drive 3 buildings down to Tom's DriveIn and get much better food. McDonalds was the most disgusting excuse for food I've ever wasted my money on!!!!

Was given hot water instead of a cappucino in the drive thru. Came back and went inside the restaurant and she made me a new one -- it still tasted horrible and she insisted that's just how it is. I tried to explain my situation but she cut me off and just asked how I wanted the refund. Very rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered. Bad customer service

Before getting on Hwy. 41, I have stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast many times (It's attached to a gas station). The staff is friendly, and they have hustle. I get the sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles meal and a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin side sandwich. Also, I upgrade the coffee to large, so I can watch for deer while winding my way further North.
