Yard dog is nuts. Make sure you seal your trailer as soon as you pull off the dock. Was gonna seal at the gate since most guards want to confirm numbers and the yard dog stopped us and ripped the seal out of my hand to seal my trailer.

Do not come to this place they do not care about appointment even though they will tell you you are to early for your appointment if you got a load here just know your day is going to be over

This place makes no sense. Have a drop and hook here. Trailer has ro be precooled no matter what. So had to leave to wait for trailer to get at least to -0 jiust to take it back and drop it and get my loaded trailer. Do they have something against trailers precooling on their property and if they dont need it right then they will just turn it off anyway. Ridiculous.

Though it would never happen. Every trucking company should refuse to pickup or deliver at this location. They're not driver friendly and change appointment times at will. Sad to see that a distinguished company like Nestle allows their plants to be run in this manner. Makes a person reconsider buying any of their brands.

Don't show up early!! Arrive 10 minutes before appt with temp at 0 or below. Clean trailer. Theres not extra parking here.

So I come in for my appointment, the reefer is set to -10 but the temperature was reading 10 degrees, they turn my around and told me to come back when it got down to 0 cause they couldn't load me until then.. came back, got a door and now I've been sitting here docked for over hour with the doors open just letting the reefer run. the temperature is currently reading 18 degree. What was the put in letting it get to 0 if I'm right back where I start. Make it make sense nestle!!!!!!! ( Yes, it set to -10 the screen a little mess up)
Ran out of drive hours will not let you park there even if your appointment is a few hours away will make you go to truck stop then miss your appointment very rude about it also my appointment was 5am get told by them it's 8am they will change it behind your back

I work as a yard spotter for Nestle. If you are coming in to pick up a load, make sure that your reefer unit is set for -10. If your trailer isn't down to 0, at the gate, you will be turned away until it is. If you miss your appointment time, you will be a work in. We can't make other drivers late because you were. Those are company policies.
