I wouldn't think to review a Starbucks as I guess I just assume they'll be great at making coffee and they're so prevalent, why bother? However, two days in a row, I was afforded the opportunity to sit in their lobby at this Little Chute location and enjoy a pecan-flavored coffee. First, the young ladies who helped me were genuinely sweet and appreciative of my business. There were maybe 5 of them working in the morning and almost all, if not all, welcomed me (and others) when I walked in. They were courteous and helpful as I figured out what I wanted. They even brought my coffee to me instead of leaving it at the counter. I sat down and didn't think to look up. Suddenly, it was on my table. So sweet!
Next, the music! Usually I hear that alternative coffee house crap that makes me think of driving into a light post. Instead, I heard Sign Your Name (Across My Heart), I Wonder If I Take You Home, and Back to Life! Lisa Lisa?!?! Awesome! So upbeat to start my Tuesday!

Sent my husband in for our order that said it was ready in the app and it took an additional 20 mins.. 30 in total. the whole point of ordering in the app is be quick, in and out. To top it off the drinks were also wrong but at that point we couldn’t wait any longer in the car with our kids. No one greeted my husband or asked how they could help him while he waited for the order. I watched several other couples go in and out of the Starbucks with their orders and we waited so long🙃 We will not be returning to this location. I get that weekends are busy but this was ridiculous for Starbucks standards. I have never dealt with this before.

They never get my order right. I ordered a pumpkin spice frappe and they gave me a latte. They never gave a receipt to my driver so I wasn’t able to get the issue fixed. Working in healthcare I don’t really have time to be waiting for things to be fixed anyway, just disappointed. My hot latte went in the trash as it would have been cold by the time I could drink it anyway. So thanks a lot.

Friendly staff brought our drinks in ceramic cups and breakfast items on real plates to the patio for us. Service was prompt and welcoming. This was perhaps the loveliest Starbucks we’ve been to!

The worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks over and over again. The drinks aren’t made correctly. Last night the drive through person was rude when we asked for a sleeve for our hot drink. The coffee didn’t have the flavoring we ordered. We waited forever for our drinks and no one was in the store. It’s the last time we will go here. The manager must be horrible to have this kind of staff.

I have never heard of paying $10.90 for two tall iced waters and a scoop of strawberries! Other Starbucks I have only paid .80 cents for the scoop of strawberries.This is the second time that’s ever happened to me here in this location. I tried to tell the employee she said she has to ring it up as a tea and charge for a tea. I told her to forget about the scoop of strawberries since I don’t want to pay that for just water and strawberries.. I checked my previous receipt and found one were they did charge me $10.90 that’s so upsetting. Needles to say my kids were upset and were looking forward to it today.. Make sure to check your receipts.
