I have never heard of paying $10.90 for two tall iced waters and a scoop of strawberries! Other Starbucks I have only paid .80 cents for the scoop of strawberries.This is the second time that’s ever happened to me here in this location. I tried to tell the employee she said she has to ring it up as a tea and charge for a tea. I told her to forget about the scoop of strawberries since I don’t want to pay that for just water and strawberries.. I checked my previous receipt and found one were they did charge me $10.90 that’s so upsetting. Needles to say my kids were upset and were looking forward to it today.. Make sure to check your receipts.

Came in with my sisters, hoping to get them something and to order two drinks for my friends, It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we where standing there ready to order, the girl at the counter barley acknowledged what I was ordering, we ended up getting 4 drinks total, and it took a good 10-15 minutes, it was 2pm on a Sunday and it wasn’t busy. I received 3/4 drinks and stood by the pickup counter waiting patiently for the last one, a couple more minutes go by and an older lady asked why we where waiting and what we where waiting on, she had a very nasty tone, and was very rude for no reason. When I told her the last drink I was waiting on, she looked down at the ones on the counter and said that one of the drinks on there was mine, she pointed towards a little cup and told me that’s what the drink I was looking for looked like and handed it to me and then went back to what she was doing, the drink she gave me wasn’t mine, I know it wasn’t even just a accidental mess up because the drink I was given was already on the pickup counter before i even ordered. It was the same type of latte but the complete wrong size, and didn’t have anything I asked added to it. It wasnt the worst experience I’ve had but I definitely I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

They took 7 minutes to notice me, and then it took another 15 minutes to get one of my drinks, which came out to be the wrong size and it had already been made prior to me arriving, as I saw it on the counter. It was an older lady with short hair. She was wearing a pink shirt and black pants.

The staff has always been friendly except for one person who I haven't seen in a while, so I'm thinking they no longer work here. The rest have always been kind and my drink is always perfect. I get matcha lattes and at other starbucks, in my area they are never as good as they are from this specific starbucks location. They mix it very well. The only thing I wish could be different are prices, but I understand the staff has no control over that, so high rating! Hang in there & Thanks ♡
