Excellent location and top-notch food! If you're from the Chicagoland area and wanting to experience something special look no further, and if needing a laugh you can head upstairs for the Comedy Cafe, then stop in the gift shop for some wine to go and souvenirs. Enjoy!

Went here the first time a month ago for lunch and the Taco Trio was amazing. Service was a little slow, but just seemed like they may have been new so hopefully the staff can train up a little more into a smoother running machine.

Have eaten there couple times and it never fails! My favorite thing is the fried cauliflower! I could eat that all day 🤤🤤🤤
I got the combination sample platter, chips were very stale and the chicken wings were not cooked.

We loved this place. I went for my birthday and we had a delicious meal. The service is super friendly and the place is very nice. We loved craft beer. You have to try the vanilla stout beer.

I've been here a couple of times, and my overall impression has pretty much been "meh". It's local to home, but I'm not a huge fan of brew pubs so...
Last night my kid wanted the Mac and Beer Cheese, so I looked up the menu on the web (pictured) and called in an order. Arrived a bit early to pick it up, so no issue that it wasn't quite ready. I grabbed a seat to wait and pay the bill. Initially, I was kind of surprised to see the "Environmental fee" since this was not indicated on the website or by the person who took my order. I guess they're covering the cost of the takeout containers - eh, whatever. Then I noticed the price of the Mac and Beer Cheese at $22. My math was expecting $18 for the Mac plus chicken based on the web menu prices. I paid it as was and left a tip - I'm not about to torture the poor kid at the hostess desk. Truthfully, if the Mac and Beer Cheese had been up to par, I probably wouldn't be writing this review, but again - a resounding "meh". I live literally 4 minutes up the road, so there's no really "didn't travel well" excuse for it being tepid or having a broken cheese sauce.
Here's the thing - I get that prices can change, but since this is almost a 30% increase in a menu item, I'd expect that such a change would warrant the cost of having the webmaster fix the prices on the web menu. I guess not. I have a general three-strike rule on restaurants. Stone Arch Tied House is a strike out for me.

A reflection of it's big brother in Appleton, this place has all the same great offerings. Nice outdoor area too. For seating and even for the kiddos.

Despite being out of several menu items, our Server kept a smile and we had a memorable birthday celebration. I hope the supplychain issues get worked out.

To say the service is slow is an understatement. The service was nonexistent! We were seated promptly and then ignored. They were not busy, only one other table when we arrived. Two other customers arrived after we were ignored for 10 minutes and they were offered water and a promise to return to take their order. We left. The staff was clearly busy goofing off in the kitchen/bar. Zero star recommendation.

I wanted to try a new restaurant, new atmosphere, so stopped in at Stone Arch Tied House. Looks impressive, but remember, looks can be deceiving. We were seated right away, given menus, and that was about the extent of it. 2 waitresses passed our table, they both acknowledged our presence, then nothing after that. We waited and waited for one of them to return. Well, after another couple came in and was seated, and promptly waited on, I'd had enough. Time to leave as I was walking out the door, made a comment to the hostess and a waitress , standing and chatting, and said, poor, poor service, or something to that effect, they both just looked at each other and made no apology or attempt to ask us why? Never going back there, they apparently don't care much about customer service. Lousy way to run a business. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

I have only ever ordered carryout because I don't want to spend my entire experience with young children running a muck. Outside over run with small children seems like all the time. Food is over priced mediocre at best. This is not a home run by any means. Great opportunity little follow through. Too bad could be amazing but only deliver acceptable.
