After waiting 10 minutes to order our food, we were advised we would have to what another 30 minutes for food to be done. There were only 3 other cars in front of us.
Every time we go here, the wait is too long or they mess up our food.

This Taco Bell location is consistently awful. could give it zero stars I would. The food is always cold, and they’re constantly understaffed. The drive-through is almost never open, which makes ordering even more of a hassle. Service is extremely slow, and it feels like no one cares about doing their job. Management seriously needs to step up—this place is embarrassing.

they will have you wait for a half hour to almost 2 hours for food. that is absolutely bizarre to me. when you have two cars in your drive thru you expect people to wait a half hour to 2 hours? hell no. step up your game or close your business easy as that. food is good tho

I ordered online after my 12 hour shift. I got here and there was three cars in line. I waited about 45 minutes for two items to come out and even with it being two items they somehow managed to mess it up. I would not recommend coming here if you want your correct order. Or tired after a long day

Ordered food for the family on the app, when I got there, there were 3 other people waiting, so I figured it would take some time to get my order. However, I was not expecting to be waiting there for 45 minutes for my order. Even when I got my order, there was a girl that was waiting there even longer, close to an hour at that point.
Grossly mismanaged staff as well while I was there, customers were getting ignored as they came in, employees were swearing at each other and yelling, and a guy went on break during the rush. I understand needing a break while working, but that is not the time to do it.
I like the food from Taco Bell, but the quality offered from the staff is well below my already low expectations.

We went on a side quest here, and the only thing great about it was being able to bond over how traumatic it was. They didn’t give us our food until 30 minutes after we ordered it, and the kitchen staff was incredibly rude to us. They also completely forgot to give us our cups, and we had to wait another 10 minutes to even be able to ask for them. The entire time we were there all we could think about was how we should’ve just gone to another taco bell. This location also gave all of us food poisoning. Do better taco bell. You’re ruining the teen experience.
Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but absolute atrocious service. I mean beyond terrible. I don’t know how the simplest thing like getting your order right can go so wrong but they manage to do it every time.

When in the store they were 30 Minutes behind. When a fellow customer brought up a health code violation of eating in the same kitchen as they make food. When it was brought up the “manager” responded with a snarky comment about how he has been doing this job before the the young lady were even born and proceeded to make comments. I do not recommend coming in if your in a rush.

Very nice employees, but the food was definitely old. Almost busted a tooth on a piece of chicken and a chalupa shell. Probably one of the worst Tbells I’ve been too.

I placed an order to be delivered. ABSOLUTELY GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD!!!!! When I called them they wanted to argue with me that they put the correct order in the bag. Why the hell would I take the time to call and complain if I had what I had ordered!
