Seems things are on an upswing. Orders completed, food prepared well. Other than employees complaining abt management when we were at counter w other employees... Place was clean. Improvement!

I thought I was having bad luck and catching them on an off day or two but the service issues here are out of hand. Either open it fully like every other taco bell or just put the employees out of their misery. I can't believe corporate allows this.

This place needs attention! I proceeded through the drive through only to be told they only were taking door dash orders. What! You still have to make food either way and you are turning down business am I missing something. Proceeded to another restaurant and witnessed multiple people leave in frustration maybe the overall ownership as well as management needs a change.

They randomly close at various times that aren't listed ALL THE TIME. Long waits. Cold and siggy food. Don't bother going, chances are the workers will be there yet will tell you they are closed!

I have been to this location twice, heard staff talking about being understaffed and refusing to take orders both times. I understand it’s hard to hire and keep employees. But make it worthwhile for your employees to stay and be happy . The owner should maybe try a little harder to keep his people happy. Won’t be coming back hopefully lighten the work load slightly. Witch sucks I like Taco Bell.

As an Uber Eats driver this place never has food ready in a timely manner.Last delivery I waited in line for 15 mins only to have the idiot on drive-thru give my order away, resulting in loss of my time & money.

The store is constantly closed at night. 9:30 and they’re only taking door dash? This has been going on for so long. How can they stay in business closing 5 1/2s early? If they do happen to be open they have very limited options due to not having food cooked or available. Employees are nice but that doesn’t cure my hunger.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell that has ever existed. They don't know how to make a quality product, and that's even if they are ever open. 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night, 3 weeks in a row, one time they are completely closed, the other two they are online and DoorDash only. You are telling me you are willing to facilitate orders that are getting sent out, but not take care of the people that are coming to your establishment? This is the biggest joke I've ever seen. I can comfortably say this as I ran many closing shifts as a shift manager at a different location when I was younger, with no issues even with shorter staff. People just don't want to work anymore, they'd rather sit there and chat with their friends who are parked at the drive-thru lane while they are punched in and getting paid to literally do nothing... The GM of this location should be ashamed of themselves.
Could not eat the tacos because they were all dumped out in the bag! Were not wrapped up just laying all over the bag! And tacos had tomato s on them! Quesadilla was not cut so had to eat it whole! Pretty sad for a quick lunch!

Last night I went through the drive through around 9pm after making a mobile order. They said that they aren’t open despite having 2 people there. (Online it said they closed at 2am) and the worst part is this is not the first time it’s happened!! I asked what I should do about my mobile order and they basically told me to pound sand and call corporate.Anytime I’ve gone in the daytime is not too bad. Missing food items and poorly made food but that’s not out of the norm for Taco Bell. I used to like this location but all the rude employees and poor management is the downfall of this place.

This manager needs trainning. I was told in the drive thru to come back later by an employee because they were busy. There were 4 cars in the lot.

Half the time we go here we don’t get all of our food and sometimes we don’t catch it til home. But this is twice now where we go and they tell us they can’t serve anyone cause they are out of ground bee. Like how can a store constantly run out of its main product?
