Human Resources is absolutely horrid or any customer service here is insane the way they treat other humans is completely unacceptable. They act like they are so high on there horse rude not accommodating. Not even the slightest care for another persons life when the people under them are what keep the entire business going! Worst hr dept I have ever ever experienced or had to deal with! And it will most likely never change. Rich snobs who think they are better than everyone that’s who works at the Human Resources dept .

Very nice and friendly staff at the shipping office. There is free coffee, a toilet for truck drivers, and a waiting area. Loaded quickly. Very nice place and great people!

Very strict on appt but unload you fast no overnight parking

Speaking of K-cups- undoubtedly the fastest way to wake yourself up in the morning. Unfortunately, bad for the environment. But,
we Americans are a very impatient lot, and we want things yesterday, not today.
This brand of coffee will certainly get your day going- mild with a decent bite of caffeine. Widely sold at different prices.

Highly advise against working here, expect you to know everything within a month of working with barely any training. Got yelled at after having a panic attack on the production floor. Fired for signing a piece of paper 5 mins too early

Your coffee pods explodes while brewing. I had coffee all over my kitchen. I am adding the picture of the pods to this review. I thought maybe it was just the one pod so I tried another and again the pod exploded. Someone could get burned from these pods.

First time here for pickup. WoW,what a nice,culture,funny,pleasant people working at the shipping office .Best experience I had in Looooong time.Got here 2 hours before the appointment,not a problem .I mean super easy,efficient 10+By the way, for drivers like myself, Shipping is on the corner of building if you looking on Google maps.

Horrible place to work DONT GIVE YOU ANY TRAINING AND EXPECT YOU TO KNOW EVERYTHING WITHIN A MONTH DONT WORK HERE

I have drank the sweet& salty and white chocolate caramel cappuccino for years and I joyed it I just bought some more and the containers change looks and taste has definitely change. I can’t even drink a whole cup without a stomach ache I would really like the original flavor again.

Excellent choice of coffees. The customer service rep was very pleasent and knowledgeable.
