Abe and Talia absolutely crushed it last night and made a busy bar seem like a home town bar experience. Luckys on the lake is definitely the place to go.

We generally eat early and we usually come there Friday nights for Perch. Tonight service was terrible. We waited about 5 minutes before a waitress came around and my beer was empty by then. We ordered Perch but the salad side dish and the Perch came out almost at the same time. We did not see the waitress again for quite a while. Normally the atmosphere is friendly but it seemed like no one knew what the or their person was doing. Just a poor night to go out and eat.

Worst food ever, will not return. Menu online doesn't match the menu received. Grilled chicken sandwich had no flavor and no grill marks. Hamburger was dry and the lettuce was the gross white end of iceberg lettuce, no green here. We did an early lunch @ 11am. Apparently you get the sucky 'event menu' even tho the event didn't start until 3, and it's very limited.

Their food is generally pretty good - today's was awesome! We had the ribs (best in the area) and a BLT (loaded with bacon). Service sucked. We came in and the bar was full, so we sat at a couple of tall-boy tables near the entrance. For the next 20 min waitresses passed by, no Welcome or be right with you or even a glance. I ended up going up to the bar and waited a while and granted, the only bartender at this full bar was busy, but people came in while I sat there waiting and were taken care of. I ordered our beverages and food at the bar and it came out reasonably quick and tasted great. No one came up to us until we were done and ready to pay. Very disappointing. I like Lucky's - we don't go there a lot but it is generally good. We've had slow service before, but with three people, I found it frustrating to be totally ignored.
