I absolutely love this place. The view is beautiful while waiting for your food. Great picnic tables set up to enjoy your meal or snack. The chocolate malt is a must try, the best I have ever had!!!

Always a favorite spot to take the kiddos and watch the trains pass and views of the river. Good selection, quick service. Owner is very nice.
Only Authentic Chicago Dog in the area.The owner is a very sweet and kind lady.Will be back again.Try the homemade corndogs,fantastic.It takes a little time because it's made to order.Don't let that other ladies nasty review sway you.

Our first time here. One person taking orders and cooking everything. Lunch time 1:30. Waited in line 20 minutes to order. Ordered 3 hotdogs on a poppy seed bun. Seasoned fries were not seasoned. Hotdogs came on a pretzel bun. When asked for a poppyseed bun the gal was kinda mad. She never apologized. She was warming things in the microwave. Was not the best hotdog around. Beautiful view outside. So sad about the service food and wait time. Probably won’t be returning.

We stopped here for the first time. Must have been understaffed as there was one person taking orders and cooking. Took 20 mins to put in our order and we ordered 3 hot dogs on a poppy seed bun. Cheese curds, seasoned fries and one root beer. Our hotdogs came on a pretzel bun, fries were not seasoned. Cheese curds were good. Beautiful outdoor view and seating. Two of us took our hotdog back and asked for a poppy seed bun. The gal did not look happy and was a little mad. She never apologized. She threw my dog and pretzel bun away being a little mad. I saw her putting things in the microwave to heat and we got our new dogs and bun. Still no apologies. Hot dogs didn’t have any grill marks so Im not sure how they were cooked. Our first visit was not good and for almost $30.00. A bit afraid to go back.
