This place is extremely chaotic. No one knows what they are doing. None of the servers look like they want to be there and all look super trashy. I was seated at the bar and the guy barber came so I had to ask for a seat in the dining area. People doing takeout waited forever. Just a weird and horrible experience.

I went just for pancakes after they remodel and merged the two together and the pancakes are very tiny maybe 4 inches at best and I got 2 blueberry and 2 buttermilk pancakes and they wanted to charge me 17 dollars until I talk to my waitress and thankfully she changed the price of my bill to 12:65 and then they want you to tip them half of what ur bill was which is crazy so I left the smallest tip they recommended which was 4:27 so I ended up paying a total of 17 dollars anyway for 4 tiny pancakes that were ok! I didn’t get anything else not even a soda. I just had water that place is highway robbery. No wonder they had to merge the two together because their prices are outrageous and then they want to give you such a small amount of food. I could’ve gone to Two Rivers family restaurant and got a whole skillet with hashbrowns Corned beef hash, two eggs and two pancakes that are double the size of theirs, and Taste way better! and I could’ve got coffee and left a four dollar tip and still would’ve walked out of there paying less! I will never go back to IHOP ever again no wonder the place is going out of business! I feel like I got robbed. I’m extremely upset!

Mallary was super sweet and checked on us throughout our meal. We will definitely return, but we hope Mallary can be our waitress:-)
Burger bun was falling apart and wet, patty was ordered well done was more like medium. The service was good the only reason food gets 2 stars is because of the Shirley temple. It is very loud there
